Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority has put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of Legal Services to be utilised by Central Government Departments including associated Arm's Length Bodies (ALBs). It is intended that this Commercial Agreement will be the recommended vehicle for all Legal Services required by Central Government Departments and their ALBs. The Framework Agreement has awarded Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 as outlined below: Lot 1 - Core Legal Services, Lot 2 - Major Projects and Complex Advice Lot 3 - Finance and High Risk / Innovation Lot 4a - Trade and Investment Negotiations Lot 4b - International Trade Disputes Lot 4c - International Investment Disputes Lot 5 - Rail Legal Services

The Energy Trading and Risk Management system (ETRM) was used by Trading and Risk to manage the CCS energy portfolio for more than 1,200 customers across the Public Sector with a total spend of more than £1.5 billion per annum. The Energy Trading and Risk Management system (ETRM) was used to record trade and demand forecasts, calculate open positions and valuations based on market prices, and serves as Trading and Risk's 'single source of truth' for portfolio reporting and information. CCS was seeking to replace its current ETRM by sourcing a replacement, cloud based system. This was an off-the-shelf ready to deploy software procurement, rather than a software development project. The ETRM would support CCS's ability to provide its customers with risk managed products for power and gas.

This agreement provides access to multifunctional devices, managed print services, technical resources, digital workflow, cloud solutions for digital transition and print consultancy services. Please look at additional main CPV codes for goods and services.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS), hereby known as the Authority, has established a multi-supplier Framework Contract for the supply of management consultancy including restructuring and insolvency services. Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4) (RM6309) is available for use by organisations, and their successors, listed in the authorised customer list cited at VI.3 (Additional Information) of this Notice. Services will be delivered primarily within the United Kingdom, with some limited requirements overseas. MCF4 replaces Management Consultancy Framework Three (RM6187) and Restructuring and Insolvency Services (RM6269). MCF4 has 10 lots - Lot 1 - Business Lot 2 - Strategy and policy Lot 3 - Complex and transformation Lot 4 - Finance Lot 5 - HR Lot 6 - Procurement and supply chain Lot 7 - Health, social care and community Lot 8 - Infrastructure Lot 9 - Environment and sustainability Lot 10 - Restructuring and insolvency MCF4 is not a contingent labour framework agreement.

Audit and Assurance Services Two (A&AS2) (RM6310) is available for use by organisations, and their successors, listed in the authorised customer list cited at VI.3 (Additional Information) of this Notice. Services will be delivered primarily within the United Kingdom, with some limited requirements overseas. A&AS2 has replaced Audit and Assurance Services (RM6188). A&AS2 has 4 lots - Lot 1 - Internal audit and assurance Lot 2 - External audit Lot 3 - Counter-fraud and investigation Lot 4 - Other independent assurance

Crown Commercial Service, as the Authority, has put in place an agreement for the provision of Tyres, Glass and Telematics for use by the UK Central Government and Wider Public Sector organisations. These bodies include, but are not limited to, Central Government departments and their agencies, non departmental public bodies, devolved administrations, NHS bodies, local authorities, police, voluntary sector, charities and private sector organisations procuring on behalf of these bodies.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority has put in place a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of Offsite Construction Solutions as a multi-Lot framework agreement available for use by UK public sector bodies and future successor organisations, which includes Central Government Departments and their arm's length bodies and agencies, the wider public sector and third sector including, but not limited to, local government, health, education, police, fire and rescue, housing associations and charities. This framework will provide public sector organisations with the design, fabrication, physical delivery, construction or installation and maintenance of prefabricated buildings, as well as direct access to manufacturers for a complete range of offsite construction solutions. Lot 1 sub Lots 1.1, 1.2 & 1.3, Lot 2 sub Lots 2.1 & 2.2, Lot 3, Lot 4 sub Lots 4.1 & 4.2 and Lot 6 of this framework will run for 4 years, with an option to extend the lifetime of the framework by an additional 3 years. The end date for these Lots remains as 23 January 2027. The option to extend has been utilised for Lot 5 sub Lots 5.1 & 5.2 and the end date for Lot 5 will be 23 January 2030. The lotting structure of this framework was determined as a result of the market engagement and is detailed below. Further information is included in the Additional Information section VI.3.

The Crown Commercial Service (the Authority) has established a comprehensive Framework Contract for Language Services, encompassing the following key components: Translation Services Transcription, Stenography and Recording Services Telephone Interpreting Spoken and Visual Video Interpreting Services Spoken and Visual Face-to-Face Interpreting Services The Framework Contract was structured into 5 Lots, with Lot 5 requiring overseas requirements to be met.

Crown Commercial Service, as the Authority, has put in place a direct agreement for the provision of Power Purchase Agreements for use by Central Government and UK public sector bodies. The Authority has appointed multiple Potential Providers who can supply renewable electricity to Crown Commercial Service and its customers through a Power Purchase Agreement and Supplier Interface Agreement with the Authority’s registered licensed supplier

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority has put in place a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of Back Office Software to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education and Devolved Administrations. The Back Office Software 2 framework agreement has provided a route to market for organisations wishing to purchase software and support for back office systems, directly from the software vendor. The framework has covered the following: enterprise resource planning, HR and payroll, financial accounting, procurement and supply chain management, customer relationship management, productivity workflow technologies, content services, service portal, integration software, mobility and accessibility, as well as support and maintenance for these services.

Crown Commercial Service, as the Authority, has put in place an agreement for the provision of printed matter, digital communications and related products for use by Central Government and UK public sector bodies. The agreement included multiple routes to market (Direct Award and Further Competition) However, Lot 2 route to market is Further competition only for purchasing print products, digital communications and all associated services to provide an end to end print management service. The scope included all types of print such as operational, transactional, and secure print, and the associated services such as direct mail, storage, fulfilment and distribution, digital asset management, digital solutions, omni channel communications, content creation, pre-production services, media duplication and official papers. The lotting structure of this framework was determined as a result of market engagement and is as follows: Lot 2 Print and Digital Communications (Further Competition) Further information is included in the Additional Information section VI.3.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS), hereby known as the Authority established a multi-supplier Framework Contract for the supply of Technology Products and Associated Services (TePAS 2). This Framework Agreement replaces:- RM6068 Technology Products and Associated Services (TePAS), due to expire in December 2023, RM6147 Technology Online Purchasing Content (TOPC), due to expire in November 2023 and RM6147 Education Technology (lots 1, 4 and 5) which expired in June 2023. The scope to support Health and Social Care Technology (lot 5) and Sustainability and Circular IT (lot 7) shall be included in this Framework Contract. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority has put in place a Pan Public Sector agreement for the provision of application development and management service for Public Health and Social Care programmes. The agreement can be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education and Devolved Administrations. Digital Capability for Health 2 is the next iteration of RM6221 Digital Capability for Health and will continue to provide application development and management service for Public Health and Social Care Programmes. We ran the framework agreement procurement under PCR 2015.

Crown Commercial Service has put in place a new pan-government collaborative agreement for the provision of income generation from commercial advertising, experiential advertising and end to end car parking management. This agreement will be used by Central Government Departments, their agencies, (including publicly owned transport organisations), Non Departmental Public Bodies, and all other UK Public Sector bodies, including local authorities, health, education providers, devolved administrations and charities. The agreement will enable government and public sector bodies to run mini competitions to establish contracts with: - media owners to manage, promote and maximise value across their advertising space for a specified number of years. - experiential sampling and events specialists - car parking service providers to manage parking spaces, car parking assets and payments for a specified number of years. This commercial agreement will become the preferred route for public sector and government bodies to generate income from commercial advertising, experiential advertising and end to end car parking management. The framework has been split into five lots as below: Lot 1 - Internal commercial advertising - static, digital, large and small format Lot 2 - External commercial advertising - static, digital, large and small format Lot 3 - Commercial Experiential Advertising - exhibitions, sampling and promotions Lot 4 - Commercial Advertising - Combined Lots 1, 2 & 3 Lot 5 - End to End Car Parking Management

Lot 4 has been designed for customers to further compete their requirements for Cloud Support Services to help them transition to cloud software or hosting services, as per the following categories: Suppliers will provide services in all of the following capabilities; Planning - the provision of planning services to enable customers to move to cloud software and/or hosting services. Setup and Migration - the provision of setup and migration services which involves the process of consolidating and transferring a collection of workloads. Workloads can include emails, files, calendars, document types, related metadata, instant messages, applications, user permissions, compound structure and linked components. Security services - Maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of services and information, and protect services against threats. Quality assurance and performance testing - Continuously ensure that a service does what it’s supposed to do to meet user needs efficiently and reliably. Training Ongoing support - Support user needs by providing help before, during and after service delivery.

Crown Commercial Service as the Contracting Authority has put into place a Framework Agreement for use by UK public sector bodies identified at VI.3 in the Contract Notice (and any future successors to these organisations), which includes Central Government Departments and their arm’s length bodies and agencies, non-departmental public bodies, British Overseas Territories, and Crown Dependencies, NHS bodies, local authorities and universities. The maximum initial duration of any Call-Off Contract that may be placed by eligible Contracting Authorities is up to 36 months with an optional extension of 12 months

This framework agreement covered Travel, Transport, Accommodation & Venue booking solutions, included the sourcing of air, rail and ground transportation inc vehicle hire, commercial accommodation (including, but not limited to: hotels, serviced apartments, holiday parks and camp-sites, staff blocks, halls of residence, barges and cruise vessels), ancillary services such as visas, passports and currency; services related to travel crisis response projects as required (eg. COVID test kits, evacuation services such as MEDEVAC flights, charter flights, security services, as well as emergency housing). The scope of services also included the provision of emergency travel, accommodation and support services to UK and Foreign Nationals that were under the care of the UK Government, including, but not limited to Asylum seekers, Afghan, Sudan and Ukrainian refugees, victims of abuse, released prisoners and rough sleepers. Service provision wouldn't of only included the sourcing of suitable accommodation venues, but also the supply of additional supporting services such as welfare, security and translation services.

The duration of the Framework Agreement is for a four (4) year period. The Framework Agreement is available for use by UK public sector bodies as described in the customer list. The Framework consists of the following lots: Lot 1 – Water and Waste Water Services Lot 2 – Ancillary Services Lot 3 – One Stop Shop (Combined Lot 1 and Lot 2 ) Any bidder successfully awarded on both Lot 1 and Lot 2 combined has been awarded a place on Lot 3. Suppliers will provide the Deliverables (goods and services) set out in the Specification.
