Drafting of and assistance with legal completion of lease agreements following agreement of heads of terms,

To support the Insolvency Service's Transforming Workplace Project a supplier is required to undertake removal services from 3 office locations which include moves to new office locations. This is for the provision of packing materials, packing and removal and post-exit building clean. The Authority has set out its five-year 2021-2026 strategy , which includes a measure of success around tracking confidence in the regime(s) (both insolvency and enforcement). In 2021/22, a qualitative piece of research was conducted to investigate the baseline confidence of debtors and IPs . The Authority is now tendering a one-off contract to extend this qualitative research to investigate confidence of creditors, directors, restructuring and insolvency lawyers, and academics.

The Authority (The Insolvency Service) intends to procure a strategic partner to support the delivery of its Transforming Workplaces Project (TWP) project.
The Authority has recently approved a Full Business Case (FBC) for the project which consists of estates transformation and rationalisation. To that end, the Authority is seeking to source a Potential Provider for the provision of a range of services which include, but shall not be limited to, strategic and advisory services, commercial advice and support, to acting as agent for the Authority, procurement support and advice, advice and expertise with regard to lease matters, general and project management, provision of outline design, to support and advise on move management, to act as principal designer, offer any other design and management where appropriate and possible, overall assurance regarding the project and delivery, and any other support and advisory services to complement and work alongside the internal project team to deliver a five (5) year programme of major and minor fitouts or closures and disposals.
The Authority will require advice and commentary on various elements, such as the strategy and programme as well as any design elements and the identification, procurement and management of the underlying contractors, assessment and assurance of completed works and sign-off and handover. The expectation is that the appointed Potential Provider will act as specialist consultants able to provide consultancy services across all stages of the programme and where appropriate mapped to the RIBA plan of work.

The Insolvency Services (INSS) wishes to deploy a secure cloud-based proxy that is to be configured on the Windows 10 laptops to be deployed under the Windows 10 rollout and will continue to serve as a gateway between INSS and the network provider. A cloud based secure gateway solution from Forcepoint (Websense) has been selected to achieve the INSSs requirement. The requirement is for licenses and essential support.

Provision of Workplace Adjustment (Discovery Phase)
The challenges in meeting reasonable adjustment users' needs following IT upgrades and the change in service providers has highlighted data and process gaps. An initial Discovery Phase is required to review existing provisions and practices, to ensure any subsequent implementation which may arise, is optimal in enabling the Insolvency Service is meeting its obligations to people who require technology related reasonable adjustments. The Agency is committed to ensure it meets the needs of the legislation contained in the Equality Act 2010, where someone meets the definition of a disabled person, employers are required to make reasonable adjustments to any elements of the job which place a disabled person at a substantial disadvantage compared to non-disabled people.
