Guinness require a waste removal service to collect waste from our Estates. This may be on an ad hoc basis, through the provision and collection of skips or on a frequent scheduled inspection / collection. The typical types of waste result from fly tipping on our estates and waste generated by our Estates teams in carrying out grounds maintenance works. We also utilise a waste broker for the disposal of waste generated by our operatives undertaking responsive repairs, void clearances and planned works. There will also be ad hoc requirements for the removal of domestic waste - either by bin skimming or cleaning up overflowing bin stores. The Guinness Partnerships (TGP) is running this procurement process to put in a Framework Agreement with a panel of Microsoft Dynamics Partners.
