Guinness require a waste removal service to collect waste from our Estates. This may be on an ad hoc basis, through the provision and collection of skips or on a frequent scheduled inspection / collection. The typical types of waste result from fly tipping on our estates and waste generated by our Estates teams in carrying out grounds maintenance works. We also utilise a waste broker for the disposal of waste generated by our operatives undertaking responsive repairs, void clearances and planned works. The Guinness Partnership is seeking to procure consultants services for the establishment of a Framework for a combined Construction Design Management Adviser (CDMA), and Principal Designer (PD), consultant service. This is to support: Primarily - the delivery of a significant programme of new build schemes over the term of the framework; Secondly - the asset management of existing property portfolio It is envisaged that Principal Designer services will most typically be required for Asset Management activity. The Guinness Partnerships (TGP) is running this procurement process to put in a Framework Agreement with a panel of Microsoft Dynamics Partners. The proposed Framework length is for a maximum of 48 months. The proposed number of Lots is 2 with a maximum of 5 suppliers on each Lots. We are seeking a Partner with core Microsoft skills and competencies, primarily D365, but also to cover other Microsoft applications and infrastructure including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, DevOps, and the Azure platform.
