This includes a number of licences for software provided by Oracle, which can be grouped into two core products - Oracle Fusion ERP, and Oracle Fusion EPM.
Guinness' current contract for these services with Oracle ends shortly, and the business intends to renew these contracts for with Oracle for a 10 year (5+5) period, without further competition, on the basis of a specified exemption under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. Guinness has an existing portfolio of properties which require a range of building safety improvement works. A range of framework contractors have been appointed to deliver these. As part of the IT Cloud based Strategy TGP are exploring a new framework to replace the current Anywhere 365 Contact Centre (A365) set up to a cloud-based Contact Centre as a Service solution (CCaaS) offering a unified communication service and technology stack, considering all the products and services that help operate the contact centre currently from the telephony, infrastructure, and software.
This procurement seeks to engage with providers with exemplary experience within the Contact Management Centre arena that includes assisting organisations through Contact Centre as a Service solution (CCaaS) within the Social Housing sector, or equivalent organisation (of a comparable size, scale, and complexity in terms of geographical footprint, services, regulation and customer demographics).

framework of suppliers to provide Pest Control Services to TGP, other companies in the TGP
Group and other third party framework users.
The primary aim of the service is the eradication and prevention of pests, both in communal
areas and within resident properties. In the main, the services will be on an ad hoc basis as
required, however in some areas a scheduled service on a monthly basis as a minimum may
be required.

The surveys will include circa 700 transactional surveys to be conducted by email on a daily or weekly basis and circa 700 surveys in accordance with the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) set by the Regulator and a smaller number of other surveys covering general perceptions of Guinness. Lot 2 - Insurance and related services for Motor vehicle risks (possibly including Motor Legal Expenses and Occasional Business Use)
Lot 3 - Insurance and related services associated with Cyber risks
Lot 4 - Insurance and related services associated with Terrorism Risks
Potential suppliers must make costed proposals for insurance arrangements which meet our insurance, risk management and servicing needs in the most appropriate and cost-effective way.
Minimum Requirements
Bidders must be able to meet the following minimum requirements:
• the financial ability to deliver the programme, including insurers with a minimum rating of “B++” from Standard & Poor, or an equivalent rating by an independent and reputable credit rating agency and approved by the bidder’s market security committee.
• the ability to provide the Contracting Authority with a choice of suitable insurers and/or suitable cover options
• a skilled and competent service team, which includes client relationship management, insurance claims management, insurance broking / underwriting and insurable risk managers

Explanation: In 2021 Guinness migrated Oracle E-Business Suite (Financials) to Oracle Cloud ERP and as such has already invested a large amount of finance and resource into a core finance platform. Guinness will leverage this investment as a strategic platform and migrate its Core HR System and Payroll System into its existing Oracle Fusion Financials SaaS platform providing Guinness with a single integrated Oracle Cloud platform. This will avoid technical issues and risk inherent in integrations of disparate systems.

Guinness are carrying out a procurement exercise to enter into contracts for the provision of
bulk waste removal services across our Estates.
Bulk Waste consists of:
•Bulk waste (fly tipping) scheduled (milk round) and / or ad hoc.
•Green waste scheduled (milk round) and / or ad hoc.
•Skimming of paladin refuse bins, bin room floors and bin chutes containing domestic waste
in between scheduled bin collection services by other providers e.g. Local Authorities, either
as an ad hoc or as a scheduled service,
•Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) (expected during fly tipping collections)
•Hazardous and potentially hazardous wood (expected during fly tipping collections); and
•Provision of skips through schedule of rates.
Guinness wants to understand whether it is possible to secure added value from Bidders by
procuring a contract for a larger area. Or, alternatively, whether smaller suppliers are able to provide better value to reduce overheads and a more concentrated local presence within the
geographical contract areas that are on offer. Therefore, the Contract is divided into seven
geographical Lots, plus two additional Lots which are a combination of three of the other lots
each plus a lot which is the combination of all seven lots. The lots which demonstrate the
best value for money will be awarded.
Only one supplier will be appointed to each of the lots that are to be awarded.
The contracts will be in place for an initial term of three years with the option to extend for a
further two periods of 12 months, up to a maximum of five years.
