The Guinness Partnership Limited are entering into contract with regional contractors to deliver its Planned Investment and Major Works programmes for our portfolio of properties over a period of up to 15 years in length.

This scheme is a traditional land and build "package deal" brought to GDL by GEDA, which will result in the construction of 64 affordable rented homes on land off Chesterfield Road, North Wingfield, Derbyshire. GEDA have arranged to purchase the site from the local authority (Derbyshire County Council) and have completed initial design work up to RIBA stage 3. The package deal will be comprised of GDL entering into a JCT Design & Build contract for the construction of the new homes on the land with GEDA (which is the subject of this notice), and a simultaneous purchase of the land from GEDA by The Guinness Partnership Ltd., GDL's parent company (an exempt transaction under Procurement Act 2023).

Grounds Maintenance Services and Tree Works across our estates for a period of four years.
The grounds maintenance service will be on a scheduled service and the core elements
include:

The Guinness Partnership Ltd. currently employs the software solutions provided by the Oracle Corporation as the business' core financial management, planning and budgeting systems. This includes a number of licences for software provided by Oracle, which can be grouped into two core products - Oracle Fusion ERP, and Oracle Fusion EPM.
Guinness' current contract for these services with Oracle ends shortly, and the business intends to renew these contracts for with Oracle for a 10 year (5+5) period, without further competition, on the basis of a specified exemption under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. Guinness has an existing portfolio of properties which require a range of building safety improvement works. A range of framework contractors have been appointed to deliver these. As part of the IT Cloud based Strategy TGP are exploring a new framework to replace the current Anywhere 365 Contact Centre (A365) set up to a cloud-based Contact Centre as a Service solution (CCaaS) offering a unified communication service and technology stack, considering all the products and services that help operate the contact centre currently from the telephony, infrastructure, and software.
This procurement seeks to engage with providers with exemplary experience within the Contact Management Centre arena that includes assisting organisations through Contact Centre as a Service solution (CCaaS) within the Social Housing sector, or equivalent organisation (of a comparable size, scale, and complexity in terms of geographical footprint, services, regulation and customer demographics).

framework of suppliers to provide Pest Control Services to TGP, other companies in the TGP

The primary aim of the service is the eradication and prevention of pests, both in communal
areas and within resident properties. In the main, the services will be on an ad hoc basis as
required, however in some areas a scheduled service on a monthly basis as a minimum may
be required.

These services will be required across England, with a focus on key regions such as Greater Manchester, London, Brighton, Milton Keynes, Bristol, Gloucester, and Leeds. Flexibility and strong regional coverage are essential due to TGP's dispersed housing stock.
