City Response Limited T/A Guinness Property (a subsidiary of The Guinness Partnership Limited) will look to re-procure a variety of sub-contractors to delivery responsive repairs and void works across its portfolio of 70,000 properties throughout England.
The Guinness Partnership will look to procure contracts for experienced and reputable contractors to carry out asbestos removal works across owned and managed properties in its portfolio throughout England.
The Guinness Partnership Limited will look to procure a multi-lot Framework Agreement covering active and passive fire prevention works. This will also include Waking Watch services.
This framework covers comprehensive temporary accommodation solutions, specifically addressing short-term housing requirements arising from emergencies, or decant situations due to significant repairs or health and safety issues.
TGP are seeking to re-procure one multidisciplinary framework (previously split into two separate frameworks) two frameworks for Employers Agent, Cost Consultancy, and CDMA, Principal Designer and Architecture Services.

The purpose of this preliminary market engagement is to assist us with refining our understanding of market experience/capability. An overview of the pre-market engagement exercise is set out below.

This stage of the pre-market engagement exercise was initiated by publication of this document, which sets out further background to the procurement and includes a short questionnaire for completion.
Activity 2 - Questionnaire responses
We are very keen to hear the views of interested parties on a number of further issues which are referenced in the questionnaire set out in the Annex to this document. The views of interested parties on these questions will help us to finalise our approach to the subsequent procurement process.
The Guinness Partnerships (TGP) is running this procurement process to put in a Framework Agreement with a panel of Microsoft Dynamics Partners. The proposed Framework length is for a maximum of 48 months. The proposed number of Lots is 2 with a maximum of 5 suppliers on each Lots.
We are seeking a Partner with core Microsoft skills and competencies, primarily D365, but also to cover other Microsoft applications and infrastructure including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, DevOps, and the Azure platform.
The Strategic Microsoft Partner will be required to bring experience within the sector, with the expectation that they are certified via the new Microsoft Solutions Partner designations (or can evidence the legacy capabilities that translate towards these), which provides Guinness with assurance that the Partner brings the appropriate level of performance, skilling, and customer success to the relationship
At this stage, we are looking to hear from potential suppliers to provide us with an outline of their capabilities/experience with reference to our requirements by filling in the “Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire” and submit on 8th July 2022 by 17:00pm via our e-sourcing portal on Procontract.
The Guinness Partnership and all of its subsidiaries is seeking organisations to provide gas servicing, maintenance and installations of domestic boilers in properties owned and managed by Guinness, in accordance with the contract specification and gas regulations. The contract will also include the maintenance and repairs of communal heating systems.
A decision has not yet been made as to whether a framework will be established under the procurement related to this pipeline notice.
The Guinness Partnership (TGP) is currently reviewing their systems architecture for repairs and empty homes, exploring the art of the possible, with either one system or multiple systems.
A preliminary market engagement will be conducted initially to inform the procurement approach and potential tender documentation.
The procurement approach is currently undecided and the route to market is therefore subject to change.
The key focus is understanding how TGP can leverage technology to achieve its target state vision and outcomes for the repairs service, specifically focused on:
• Delivering a good, reliable, and safe repairs service that residents can trust
• Early, proactive intervention
• Accurate diagnosis and recording of repairs at first contact
• Repairs delivered on time and in line with statutory and policy timescales
• Reduced resident frustration and failure demand
• Lower resident effort in accessing the service
• Reduced cost of failure
• Lower overall cost of the repairs service without compromising quality
• Greater operational resilience
• Clear and credible assurance that resident outcomes are being achieved
The Guinness Partnership will look to procure services relating to Asbestos Consultancy and Testing on properties owned or managed in our portfolio throughout a variety of regions in England.
Guinness require a contract for fixed line communications including:
• Data Centre Connectivity
• Wide Area Networking
• Internet Connectivity
