The EA wishes to appoint a supplier for the control, monitoring and maintenance support of the EA's current Fuel Management Sytem for bulk fuel and bulk fuel tanks. This system is required to ensure authorised use only of bulk fuel by fob/key control, electronic monitoring and reporting of fuel levels and usage by vehicle. Provision of pump calibration services and repairs. Additional tanks, pumps and control systems for expansion of HVO usage (Carbon reduction).

Provision of the Holistic Options for Promoting REsilience (HOPE) Independent School Counselling and Therapy Service in Post Primary Mainstream schools in three geographical locations across Belfast for a period of 2 years with the options to extend for any further period(s) of up to and including 24 months.

To ensure continuity of critical and emergency response maintenance, the current proprietary Manhattan system must be retained beyond 1 April 2026. Development of live reporting functionality within Term Service Contractors’ systems cannot be completed by this date, and as Manhattan is proprietary, its maintenance cannot be transferred to another supplier. A Direct Award Contract is therefore required to mitigate operational risk and maintain uninterrupted service delivery until the new solution is fully implemented, with an anticipated IWMS Go-Live in October 2026

The scope of this contract is for Provision of an Online Educational Psychology Assessment Software and Licences for the Educational Psychology Service to assess verbal and nonverbal cognitive abilities in children and young adults including creation, scoring and reporting. It is for a period of 3 years with an optional extension period of a further 2 years, extension options may or may not be exercised
