The Education Alliance Trust (TEAL) are looking to procure and appoint a single Supplier to provide an Operational Procurement Support Service (OPSS) which will include the management of a range of procurement activity including establishment and running of a number of frameworks, including the full end to end procurement process that supports that and any other related activities.

National Framework for Professional Services in Construction and Premises 2024
The Education Alliance are establishing a framework of consultants for professional services in construction and premises contracts within the UK excluding Scotland. The framework will cover projects including, but is not limited to, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, housing builds, multi-complex builds, works covering the railway industry, infrastructure projects, etc. The procurement was a single stage process following the Public Contract Regulations 2015 open procedure. The framework agreement will be established for a period of 3 years from April 2024, with the option to extend for a further period of 1 year, at the discretion of the contracting authority and subject to satisfactory performance. The framework will be split in to 23 separate lots, which will operate with a maximum of 1 consultant for lot 1, and for lots 2 to 23, a maximum of 9 consultants per region per lot.
National Framework for New and Used Furniture Solutions 23
Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo, acting on behalf of The Education Alliance, have established a national framework of Suppliers of new and used furniture, including turnkey solutions for new installations. The framework will cover but will not be limited to the provision of furniture for use within an office, educational, residential, laboratory and auditorium settings along with associated design services. The Framework Agreement will be established for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. This Framework Agreement is being advertised and tendered, so it can be utilised by all public-sector bodies (including Charities) in the UK, the full list is available in the Tender synopsis on the In- Tend portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/pagabo/aspx/ProjectManage/1264) There are 7 lots and each lot is divided into a maximum of 8 geographical areas. The framework shall have the facility for Clients to Direct Award and Further Compete their requirements.
Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo, acting on behalf of The Education Alliance, wish to establish a national framework of Contractors for medium Works contracts within the UK with values of between 50 000 GBP and 10 000 000 GBP. The framework will cover, but is not limited to, new builds, extension, refurbishment and maintenance requirements. The Framework Agreement will be established for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further period of up to 1 year, from January 2023. This Framework Agreement is being advertised and tendered, so it can be utilised by all public-sector bodies (including Charities) in the UK, the full list is available in the Tender synopsis on the In- Tend portal – https://in-tendhost.co.uk/pagabo). The framework is divided into 4 lots and 42 regions per lot, giving 168 sub-lots, which will operate with a maximum of 9 Contractors per sub-lot.
