All JHG(SW) military personnel are required to maintain their fitness levels to not only comply with single Services (sS) policies, including preparation for sS Fitness test, and remedial training for those who fail. Fitness training also significantly contributes to the JHG Mission Statement of; "To provide highly capable and trained secondary healthcare personnel to support operations". A fundamental element to this is providing personnel that are fit enough to cope with the physical challenges of operations/deployments. Therefore, support is required to enable personnel to maintain their levels of fitness.

Using this framework and linking to the portfolio approach to transformation, there is a requirement to deliver a programme of SLT team development activities that will develop a collegiate and integrated approach to leading transformation across Defence as a function.

There is a need to: - understand and develop the DMS OD&D learning capability required to deliver a new operating model with revised HQ structures and processes; and - set out a plan (baselined against DMS existing learning capability) for the development of a new DMS organisational design, underpinned with the resources needed to design and develop the new operating model. There is a requirement to design a plan that is intended to support delivery of the DMS HLB and Functional Operating Model.

Defence Medical Services (DMS) personnel require specialised Healthcare Governance Training to meet the requirements of the DMS Governance and Assurance standards. The training must: comply with the governance and assurance standards of respective of the respective DMS teams, and; assist as required in the specific elements of 2nd Party Assurance (Internal Healthcare Assurance Framework (HAF) and 3rd Party Assurance (Care Quality Commission CQC)) activities.

CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF PATHOLOGY LABORATORY SERVICES TO THE DEFENCE MEDICAL REHABILITATION CENTRE STANFORD HALL The Authority has a requirement to provide a clinical pathology service to analyse patient samples for a wide range of analytes, substances and micro-organisms and report the results in a timely manner. Interest suppliers are to provide: A 24hr service to test and report on routine and urgent pathology samples to enable effective and safe patient care. A sample collection service from DMRC SH during normal working hours Mon to Fri 0800 - 1700hrs. The scope of required tests (including urgent tests) can be found at Annex A of the Statement of Requirement. Provide an electronic report of results. Must have the capability to undertake urgent pathology services. Cyber Security: The MoD has a duty to protect itself from Cyber threats and now we extend this to Suppliers we engage with. As an extension of the Government's Cyber Essentials Scheme the MoD, working together with Industry and other Government Departments, have developed a more robust Cyber Security Model, under the umbrella of the Defence Cyber Protection Partnership (DCPP). All prime Contractors must have the cyber security controls specified in DEF Stan 05-138 (Cyber Security for Defence Suppliers), as appropriate to the cyber risk level specified in the contract. The Authority has determined the level of risk at Moderate (Reference: RAR-185907028) as defined in DEF Stan 05-138. In order to do business with the MOD you must have the cyber security controls required as shown above. This procurement is being conducted utilising the light touch regime as this procurement falls under CPV code 85111800 Pathology Services. As such, this prior information notice shall constitute a call for competition. The Vision for Programme CORTISONE is to deliver a sustainable, integrated, cohesive, and enduring information capability that will fully and effectively support the delivery of evidence based medical and dental health and healthcare outputs for Defence. This will be achieved by delivering an ecosystem of healthcare information services that enable better patient outcomes and contribute to DMS resource optimisation, maximising the number of personnel fit for role. To achieve this there is a requirement for robust Medical IT specialist Project Management (PM) and Programme Office Management (POM) services to support Programme CORTISONE and its 5 subordinate projects. CORTISONE is one of UKStratCom's largest programmes and its success is essential to the safe delivery of healthcare to Service Personnel. There are critical PM and POM services shortage in the CORTISONE Programme Office this statement of requirement is seeking the delivery of suitably qualified, security cleared personnel to provide these services until the delivery of each subordinate Project.

There is a requirement for a small deployable baseband solution to access Restricted LAN Interconnect (RLI) services; which can integrate with current equipment and other Military and Civilian communications systems to provide deployed medical personnel with a secure, accredited, reach-back capability, enabling secure voice and data communications both within a Host Nation and to the UK.

There is a requirement for a subscription to support services for the Defence Medical Services (DMS) to ensure that any product/strategy that it produces meets Industry best practice and standards as a minimum. The Authority is developing a new pillar within the DMS. There is a requirement to set the strategic direction for digital for both the current state as well as the future aspirations. As part of the delivery of this vision there is a requirement to ensure that anything that is developed is in line with industry best practice and understand our current baselines across teams such as Cyber, Data, etc.

Deliver and validate a cognitive training package focussed on developing decision advantage within the Land, Air, Sea, Cyber, and Space domains.
