Test Valley Borough Council is seeking to appoint consultant or firm to provide annual asset valuation reports and insurance valuation reports in accordance with CIPFA and RICS regulations. The contract duration is 3 Years (with the possibility of 3 year extension, to a maximum of 6 years, subject to satisfactory performance and the agreement of both parties). Test Valley Borough Council (TVBC) wish to commission two bespoke and inspiring public art works to commemorate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022. The artworks will celebrate the theme of seventy years of service to the people of the United Kingdom, the Realms and the Commonwealth and the Queen’s connections to the Test Valley.
