The Council is seeking to produce a bespoke, non-technical guidance note for the owners and occupiers of heritage buildings and properties located in conservation areas to assist them in understanding what measures are appropriate to improve their energy efficiency and to contribute to renewable and low carbon energy generation. It will also be a useful source of information for other parties with an interest in these maters including Council officers and members, Parish/Town councils and professional agents.
This new guidance should be in accordance with all national and local policy and guidance, and the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and should be a robust document to support, guide, and assist in the management of the Borough's heritage buildings to balance the requirement to conserve and enhance their significance with responding to the climate emergency.

Test Valley Borough Council is seeking to appoint consultant or firm to provide annual asset valuation reports and insurance valuation reports in accordance with CIPFA and RICS regulations. The contract duration is 3 Years (with the possibility of 3 year extension, to a maximum of 6 years, subject to satisfactory performance and the agreement of both parties). Test Valley Borough Council (TVBC) wish to commission two bespoke and inspiring public art works to commemorate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022.
The artworks will celebrate the theme of seventy years of service to the people of the United Kingdom, the Realms and the Commonwealth and the Queen’s connections to the Test Valley.
The artworks will be located in central and public locations in the towns of Andover and Romsey.

The Masterplan consists of a complex programme of major projects. There are a number of key dependencies relating to the town’s operational needs and the funding strategy for the masterplan. In delivering the Masterplan the Council is now seeking to procure detailed capacity and feasibility designs alongside development appraisal, funding and phasing advice as detailed in this tender document.
