Tandridge District Council is seeking to enter into a long-term contract with a single contractor for the renewal of kitchens and bathrooms in occupied and void properties owned and managed by the Authority.
This procurement is being conducted under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Council is following the two stage Restricted Procedure that is provided for under the legislation.
The PQQ is being issued as the first stage of a two stage Restricted Process with a value below the FTS (previously EU) threshold for Works but above the FTS threshold for Services where a pre-selection stage is permitted.
The Council therefore invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to complete a PAS 91 compliant prequalification questionnaire in order to be considered for inclusion in the Invitation to Tender stage.

Tandridge District Council invites suitably qualified contractors to respond to this ITT for the renewal and improvements to the access track at Grange Meadow Recreation Ground in Bletchingley.
The project will replace the current poor-quality track and car park with a 'Grasscrete' - type surface treatment over a tanked permeable paving system for the main part of the track.

Following a pre-selection stage of a two stage Restricted process (with a value below the FTS threshold for Works) shortlisted suppliers are invited to respond to this revised ITT with amended dates.
Tandridge District Council (The Council) is contracting for highway and public realm improvement works on Croydon Road in Caterham Valley town centre. Our aim is to create a more pleasant environment in which to spend time (thereby encouraging economic growth and wellbeing), and to mitigate against surface water flooding. The stretch of road to be improved is from the roundabout at the intersection of Croydon Road with Station Avenue and Godstone Road, to the intersection with Colin Road with Croydon Road. The work area is shown in the attached documents.
The improvements will include:
o Upgrading the footways with new paving and, in some areas, wider pavements
o Replacement hard surfacing for the parking areas including permeable paving
o Hydro-rock base for surface water storage/flow control
o Removal of unnecessary street clutter
o Planting of trees and plants
o Creation of pocket parks/parklets
o Creation of rain gardens
o Creation of space for caf? seating
o Provision of public seating
o Provision of cycle parking
The Authorities are seeking to contract with one Service Provider who will deliver Home Improvement Agency Services and Handy Person Services on behalf of the Authorities to the residents in the Boroughs/Districts of Tandridge, Reigate & Banstead and Mole Valley.
Additionally, as the only stock holding authority, Tandridge Council will require the Service Provider to undertake the delivery of major and minor adaptions in the Council's own homes.
The Service Provider will be required to enter into a separate contract with each of the three authorities individually, although service provision is to be provided jointly to all three authorities.
Tandridge District Council invites bids for the provision of its property insurance in respect of private dwellings sold on a leasehold basis, the majority of these were under the Right To Buy (RTB) legislation.
The dwellings are flats in blocks and flats in houses (maisonettes) where the Contracting Authority still retain the freehold ownership and in some case the leases may state that the Contracting Authority, as the Freeholder, will arrange the buildings insurance on behalf of the Leaseholder and recharge the premium as part of the Service Charge. Other flats in some blocks have not been sold (Council tenanted) and are separately insured so insurance cover for these flats are not required.
The current Long Term Agreement expires on 31st December 2023.
Cover is expected to commence at 00.01am on the 1st January 2024.
