Maintenance Agreement to consist of

CHECK CONDITION AND CLEAN CONDENSER COIL.
CHECK CONDENSER FAN MOTOR OPERATION AND CONDITION.
CHECK MAINS POWER AND CONTROL WIRING CONDITION.
CHECK SIGHT GLASS MOISTURE INDICATOR AND CONDITION.
CHECK PIPEWORK AND CIRCUIT FOR SIGNS OF REFRIGERANT LEAKS.
REPORT ALL SYSTEM OPERATING FAULTS AND/OR PROBLEMS.
CHECK COMPRESSOR OPERATION AND RECORD RUN AMPS.
CHECK AND RECORD COMPRESSOR SUCTION PRESSURE.
CHECK AND RECORD COMPRESSOR DISCHARGE PRESSURE.
CHECK CRANKCASE HEATER OPERATION AND CONDITION.
RECORD CONDENSER COIL TEMPERATURE DIFFERENCE.
CHECK SAFETY DEVICE CONDITION, OPERATION AND SETTINGS.
CHECK HEAD PRESSURE CONTROL DEVICE OPERATION AND SETTINGS.
CHECK EXPANSION DEVICE OPERATION.
EVAPORATOR / FAN COIL SECTION
CHECK EVAPORATOR FAN MOTOR AND BLADES FOR OPERATION.
CLEAN/CHANGE AIR FILTER, PRE FILTER (MINOR CHANGE).
CHECK MAINS POWER AND CONTROL WIRING CONDITION.
CHECK CONTROLLER OPERATION AND RECORD TEMPERATURE SETPOINT.
CHECK ELECTRIC HEATER OPERATION AND CONDITION.
CHECK/CLEAN DRIP TRAY, CONDENSE PUMP AND PIPEWORK.
CLEAN INTERNAL, EXTERNAL SURFACES AND GRILLE INLET SCREENS.
REPORT ALL SYSTEM OPERATING FAULTS AND PROBLEMS.
CLEAN/CHANGE AIR FILTER, PRE AND BAG FILTER (MAJOR CHANGE).
CHECK/CHANGE FAN DRIVE BELT AND CHECK DRIVE COMPONENTS.
CHECK CONDITION AND CLEAN EVAPORATOR COIL.
CHECK AND RECORD EVAPORATOR ON COIL TEMPERATURE.
CHECK AND RECORD EVAPORATOR COOLING OFF COIL TEMPERATURE.

We are looking for an annual maintenance contract for our Macadam Surface MUGA at our site in Feltham, Middlesex.
Maintenance contract to consist of 2 visits per year, with each visit to include the following:
1. Power Brush & Surface Debris Collection - litter pick, power blow and brush the court surface
2. Apply a weed, Moss and Algae Treatment across the playing surfaces and spot treat any existing weeds
3. Removal and disposal of any seasonal leaf fall (incl blossom) to be carried out on the MUGA surface and fence lines.
4.Court playing surface inspection - inspection of playing surface and fences for any damage
5. Full report of works undertaken and any remedials required to be produced after each visit.
In addition to the above annual contract quotations are also being requested for the initial remarking of the existing lines, line requirements being 4 Basketball and 2 netball court
