Creative Design Services-Ulster University wishes to appoint a single supplier to help us realise our growth ambitions. An extension of our own team who will embrace and ambassador the brand as we do, to fortify brand excellence in all that we do. Brand management is one of the most complex management challenges for universities. The globalisation of the education sector and increasing competition in higher education means that brands have increasingly become a strategic asset to be carefully developed with its value protected and grown. A strong brand benefits us all. If a university thrives, the value of its brand will increase, in turn creating a virtuous loop as academics, students and funding are drawn in. We seek a partner who understands our goals and adds value in achieving and exceeding them. There will be one Contract to provide: Art Working - Graphic layout from existing templates based on Ulster University brand guidelines. Brand Design - Concept creation of sub brand, logo or brand lock up, including research, mood boards, concepts presentation and finally delivery of brand with associated guidelines. Video - Producing story boards, on occasion scripts and managing logistics through to complete edit. Completing with captions, name plates and graphic cards. Where necessary producing and executing video content for cinema and TV including management of Clearcast, clocking and Peach upload. Photography - Capturing photographs of our buildings and facilities to artistically celebrate the investment in our students and in Northern Ireland. The Centre for Digital Healthcare Technology (CDHT) is one of the five innovation projects that underpin the Belfast Region City Deal (BRCD). It builds upon Ulster University's world class research capabilities and established track record in the arena of Medical Technology (MedTech) and Digital Healthcare Technology and has been developed by Ulster University (UU), in partnership with the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust (BHSCT). The vision underpinning CDHT is to help establish the Belfast City Region as one of the best places in the world to design, develop and launch innovative medical devices and diagnostics measurably contributing to economic growth and productivity, reduced healthcare costs, enhanced levels of care and improved patient outcomes. It seeks to achieve this through the development of a collaborative innovation ecosystem that enables clinicians, industry and researchers to work 'cheek by jowl', driving development in medical technology by innovation and co-ideation, through the process of design, trialing and manufacture, to the market, and hence the patient. The project will involve the construction of a new six storey building titled "Centre for Digital Health Technology" (CDHT) which is a research and development facility (Use Class B1), comprising of laboratories, office spaces, communal meeting areas, and public realm improvements to Frederick Street. The proposed site is located on footprint of the current Northland House building, adjacent to the existing Belfast City Centre Ulster University Campus (Block BC). The current Northland House building is located at 2-5a Fredrick Street Belfast, BT1 2NH and will be demolished prior to this appointment being made. CDHT is required to achieve a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating low-energy systems and climate-resilient materials are proposed throughout, to achieve a low carbon building. PV panels are included on the roof, and a green roof is proposed on the 2 storey terrace. The project is expecting a planning decision imminently. Planning was submitted in March 2025 and to date has received no objection from the consultee panel. Ulster University has been using Microsoft’s Project Online (POL) system since 2019. Following Microsoft’s recent announcement to decommission Project Online in September 2026 with some system functionality ceasing from April 2026, the University is looking for alternative solutions from potential service providers in the marketplace to deliver the following aims: . - Establish a "single source of truth" for all project data. - Standardise templates, reports, and processes. - Future Capability to integrate with our financial systems. The new system should be the source of truth for project-level financials. - Be scalable, secure, and future proof. - Support strategic, executive, and operational reporting levels. - Usability of the system is considered key. - Migrate the current POL data and system to the future system. . We are seeking options available to the University currently available in the market to include: . - Strategic alignment, prioritisation and what-if analysis; - Portfolio, programme and project management; - Project planning, management, and execution; - Task management; - Financial management; - Reporting and analytics; - Benefits management; - Risk and issue management; - Change request management; - Dependency management; - POL Migration process; and - Intuitive User Experience and Interface.
