The London Borough of Havering is undertaking a tender to secure a contract for it's All Age Autism Service. The Contract will be between the London Borough of Havering and the Provider as the responsible organisation for the overall management of the Contract for the Provision of Havering All-Age Autism services in the London Borough of Havering.
The services under the Contract will focus on Early Help, Intervention and Prevention, to support Havering residents to live independent lives with or without reduced recourse, to more formal statutory support. The Council's prevention priorities are to reduce the number of crisis interventions and/ or long term ongoing support.
The contract is for a period of three years, commencing on 1st August 2024, with the option to extend for a further 2 years, by the Council, to a maximum of 5 years.

The Relevant Authority is conducting the procurement using the "Competitive Process" under "The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023". for the purpose of procuring the services described in the Specification (Services) as attached in Appendix 1, Specification.
The London Borough of Havering is procuring a contract to supplement the existing in-house OT service, provided by London Borough of Havering, to deliver OT and Occupational Therapy Assistant assessments as and when required. The Provider is not guaranteed to be offered any work by the Authority but if so offered, the Provider shall undertake to perform that work in accordance with the service specification and the Contract terms and conditions.
The Contract shall commence on the 1st October 2025 and, subject to satisfactory performance, shall continue until 30th September 2026, with a 4 x1 year extension option. ("the contract period").
This procurement process is conducted under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 ('PSR'). The chosen notice format has been used for this procurement due to the lack of a specific contract notice template for the PSR on the Find a Tender website.
