Havebury has over 7,500 properties and has the
responsibility to undertake maintenance and
servicing of commercial lifts within its properties
across its operational area of a 50-mile radius of
Bury St Edmunds.
Havebury intends to commission a contract with a
professional company with the ability to carry out
servicing, emergency callouts, and repairs to lifts
located at various sites as highlighted in the lift
schedule.
Servicing and repair of lifts to be carried out in
residential buildings, communal areas and office
building.
Collection and disposal of asbestos containing materials to be carried out in residential dwellings and communal areas within a 50-mile radius of Bury St Edmunds.
The services are of a responsive and planned nature. Services may also require emergency call outs.
Asbestos-containing materials are to be removed under controlled conditions in accordance with all current legislation and H&S guidelines, with details of all consignments provided as per contract requirements.
Following asbestos removal some reinstatement works will be required as per the specification.

Some of this work is undertaken in-house but there is a requirement for the services of a specialist clearance and cleansing provider due to increased demand and/or the nature of waste type left at the property, including specialist waste removal e.g. human waste, needles, or the high degree of cleaning required to be undertaken before the property can be re-let.
The Havebury Housing Partnership is procuring a framework of consultants to support a development programme for the delivery of new homes across the East Anglia region. It is envisaged that the delivery will be divided between Land-Led, S106 and Package Deal schemes, with projects primarily being newbuild, but redevelopment or rehabilitation of existing dwellings may also be included.
The consultancy services required are Architects, Planning Consultants, Employer's Agents, CDM Principal Designer/Adviser, Clerk of Works and Valuers.
We anticipate awarding a maximum of 4 x Architects for Lot 1, 4 x Planning Consultants for Lot 2, 6 x Employer's Agents for Lot 3, 6 x CDM Principal Designer/Adviser for Lot 4, 6 x Clerk of Works for Lot 5 and 4 x Valuers for Lot 6.
The work will comprise the following items but not limited to:
Provide various tree maintenance services
Reactive and planned tree pruning works
Planting of new and replacement trees
Tree felling and stump removal
Provide 24-hour emergency call-out service
