The Framework is structured to support both planned and reactive building remediation projects and will enable the delivery of comprehensive building remediation works across residential and mixed-use developments. This opportunity was open to all competent contractors with demonstrable experience in building remediation. Bidders applied for one or more workstreams (CPV, Region, Contract Value) depending on their capability. The framework is available for use by all UK public sector contracting authorities. ProcurePublic encouraged applications from SMEs, regional contractors, tier 1 contractors and specialist providers committed to delivering quality, safety, and compliance. Organisations are able to select the size of the project they wish to be considered for, ensuring fairness. This framework is designed to meet the essential needs of public sector contracting authorities for temporary housing and decant services. Under the framework, any UK Contracting Authority (as set out in the Contract Notice) may call upon suppliers to deliver a range of temporary accommodation solutions and related support services. These may include self-contained units (apartments and flats), serviced accommodation (house shares and guest houses), and emergency bed-and-breakfast arrangements. Additional services may encompass furniture hire, utilities management, housekeeping, welfare support, lettings, and tenancy management. Selected suppliers will be required to provide a comprehensive, year-round accommodation and decant service, operating 24/7. This will cover the vetting, sourcing, and booking of suitable accommodation, along with the procurement of all necessary ancillary provisions through hire or purchase.
