to improve how early intervention work with children who have
neuro-developmental needs, is captured and recorded.
Early intervention work in this area is currently not recorded consistently. This creates problems - such as difficulty sharing the information you gather with the people who need to access it. You will initially focus on improving how information is managed for primary school aged children.
You have undertaken discovery research exploring the problem and how to address it. You have decided to create a 'single health record' for the child. You'd like a delivery partner to help you progress this decision, working with you to validate what's understood, and identify and facilitate the testing of possible solutions.
You wish to explore existing or off-the-shelf solutions, rather than building something yourself. This is because you don't have the development capacity or resources required to build or maintain a product of your own at this point in time.
We understand that the overarching goal of the work is to find a solution that will meet the needs of the users. This project will identify and test that solution, and will conclude once testing has been completed and next steps have been identified. TProject Lead

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (the "Authority") is issuing this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") in connection with the competitive procurement of Larkfield Bathroom Refurbishment.
The procurement is a further competition under the LPP Minor Works and Maintenance Dynamic Purchasing System LPP/2020/011, Building (General).
Larkfield is an established residential care home for adults with learning disabilities, located in the Charlwood area. It has an anticipated life span of at least 7-10 years. It is home to seven individuals whose placements are commissioned by CCGs and local authorities. Larkfield is currently not fit for purpose for the seven individuals who live there, due primarily to the limited number of available bathrooms and configuration of these facilities.
The Authority requires the services of a suitable supplier to refurbish these bathroom facilities as per the specification of works.

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (the "Authority") is issuing this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") in connection with the competitive procurement of Deacon Unit, St Ebbas Site - Phase 1 Ligature Audit Proposed Works.
The procurement is a further competition under the NHSCS/LPP Minor Works and Maintenance DPS Framework, Reference Number: LPP/2020/011.
The Trust is committed to the identification and minimisation of all likely ligature anchor points in areas that have identified as being high risk. The National Suicide Prevention Strategy for England Department for Health (DoH 2012) sets the standard that likely ligature anchor points in mental health service inpatient environments must be removed, substituted for an anti-ligature product or covered.
The purpose of this procurement strategy is to appoint a contractor to carry out anti-ligature works at Deacon Unit, St Ebbas, a ten bed inpatient facility for people with a learning disability who require crisis mental health support.
Following a recent ligature site audit, for phase one of the works, the Trust have identified four bedrooms with en-suites/bathrooms where anti-ligature works are required in order to meet the standards set out by both the Trust and The National Suicide Prevention Strategy for England Department for Health.
