The College have a requirement to contract for the provision of Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programme. The college wishes to request tenders from providers in the fields identified below: o Lot 1_Occupational Health o Lot 2_Employee Assistance Programme The provision has been split into Lots to support Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Tenderers must identify in their response which Lot they are tendering for. Tenderers can apply for 1 or both Lots.

The College have a requirement to contract for the provision of a communication app which can communicate with students, parents and alumni. The app will primarily be used as a communication tool to push messages out to users and a place for users to access services and find information. The successful supplier will create an app which can be adapted for different user types. The app needs to integrate with current systems as detailed in the minimum requirements and support the delivery of key activity – such as delivery of exam results.

The College have a requirement to contract for the Provision for the Supply of IT Equipment for Changemaker Classrooms. The purpose for the requirement of this equipment is to support the development of College learners through the use of Changemaker Classrooms, providing more interactive learning opportunities.

City of Sunderland College have a requirement for the renewal of Fortinet FortiGate Firewall licences and support for the Northumberland College, Ashington site.

City of Sunderland college (Trading as Education Partnership North East) is looking to renew its Adobe licencing for the Creative Cloud suite all applications (for Windows and MAC OS) in the most cost-effective means, whilst maintaining as a minimum staff home use rights for identified Creative, Computing and Support Staff

The College have a requirement to contract for the provision of Portable Appliance Testing across the college group. The Successful tenderer will provide testing and basic repairs to all college owned equipment.

City of Sunderland College have a requirement to contract with a sole supplier for the provision of Branded Sports Clothing for 36 months with the option to extend for a further 2x 12 months. The College has a requirement to provide staff and students with high quality sports kit. Branding on the kit is utilised to help promote and market the College and its specific sports programmes, the expectation would be that authority is given to the College to do this. The College are prioritising the sports academy brand and would prefer kit that can be provided with similar features for all sports (currently Basketball, Football, Netball and Rugby).

Education Partnership North East (EPNE) is a dynamic partnership of three colleges - Sunderland College, Hartlepool Sixth Form and Northumberland College. The primary objective of the Contract is to appoint a sole provider to deliver a cloud based HR and Payroll Solution

Sunderland College has a requirement to contract for the provision of safe, reliable and suitable transportation to transport potential students from their local community to place of study at one of the College’s campuses.

As part of EPNE’s Local Skills Improvement Fund (LSIF) the college have a requirement for the provision of an Automated Factory for Industry 4.0. Our Engineering and Manufacturing department are keen to provide new experiences to our students. Students and users will be trained and prepared to work, providing them a valid insight into Industrial IoT environments and highly digitized and automated factories. The system will reduce the gap between academia and industrial IoT factories, by utilising industry standard components, practices, and operations.

EPNE had a requirement to appoint a sole supplier to provide all Security Services across the group. Security Services are required 51 weeks per annum. The Contract is for a period of 36 months with the option to extend 2 x 12 months commencing 1st May 2022.
