This is why the development of an Integrated Urgent Care Strategic Plan is so important. By strengthening collaboration amongst urgent care providers, we want to further enhance integrated services to ensure more people receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time. This approach not only improves people's experience but supports the overall health and care system to make the most of its collective resource and support staff wellbeing. For Suffolk and Norfolk, we have commenced coproduction of a Strategic Plan which sets out a bold vision for the future-one that is collaborative, innovative, and focused on the needs of the communities we serve. It builds upon our sustained commitment to partnership working and highlights how integration can transform the way we deliver urgent care. We are pleased to present the work we have co-produced thus far, which reflects the collective effort, insight, and commitment of all contributors involved. At this stage, we are seeking valuable feedback from providers across the integrated urgent care market to help refine and strengthen our outcomes. This feedback is instrumental in ensuring that the final product is both robust and responsive to the needs and priorities we aim to address.

For Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex, we have produced a Strategic Plan sets out a bold vision for the future-one that is collaborative, innovative, and focused on the needs of the communities we serve. We are pleased to announce that we will be jointly procuring the new IUC service between Norfolk and Suffolk ICB and Essex ICB and are seeking your valuable feedback and professional expertise to help refine and strengthen our outcomes. Your perspectives will be instrumental in ensuring that the final product is both robust and responsive to the needs and priorities we aim to address. Following your submissions, our leadership team will determine the most appropriate procurement approach and develop the accompanying service specification, predicted activity data, and financial information. These materials will be shared in the same way as this Procurement Information Notification. We also plan to hold a virtual market engagement event in early June 2026.

The early support service for children, young people and families with neurodevelopmental conditions, specifically during their assessment journey for Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, is due to be procured shortly by the Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board (SNEE ICB) with the new services commencing September 2025.

The NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board are looking to engage with interested parties of non-emergency patient transport services (NEPTS). This notice is to invite interested organisations to attend a NEPTS a virtual market engagement event on the 3rd June 2024.

The Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board are inviting Providers to find out more about an opportunity to deliver services to support children & young people with a diagnosis of a learning disability and/or who are autistic with coexisting significant mental health needs to access a short break.

Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board (SNEE ICB) has identified a number of areas as having limited dental access according to the population size and need. To support access SNEE ICB will be undertaking an open procurement in the near future. This notice is to make potential providers aware of this imminent opportunity and to promote two market engagement sessions. The areas which would be available as opportunities within the procurement are as follows: -Bury St Edmunds - UDAs available - 33,807 -Brandon - UDAs available - 14,744 -Eye and North West Suffolk - UDAs available - 21,942 -Saxmundham and North East Suffolk (including Leiston) - UDAs available - 29,165 Subject to the finalisation of discussions this procurement may also cover the following locality within North East Essex: -Harwich - UDAs available - 10,329 The competitive process is expected to launch on Friday 23 January 2026, with a view to mobilisation of the new contracts from June 2026. SNEE ICB will be hosting workshop sessions via MS Teams to confirm the vision for procurement of primary care dental services in the above areas and to provide guidance on responding to the tender. The sessions will be attended by SNEE ICB's procurement lead and members of the dental commissioning team and there will be an opportunity to ask questions. This is a notice to inform the market of the intention to commission a contract for NHS Talking Therapy Services for Ipswich and East Suffolk and West Suffolk localities.

The IPS service is for adults with mental health needs and adults who have vocational needs or aspirations to gain employment. The target group for these services are for adults with mental health needs, those who are receiving support through secondary mental health services or have a diagnosed Severe Mental Health Illness.

SNEE ICB wish to scope interest in a community based direct access, high specification endoscopy service, within the Ipswich & East Suffolk locality, with the potential to expand across the ICB footprint.
