Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is conducting a request for information exercise to gain a better understanding of capacity and appetite in the market to deliver Speech and Language therapy provision for 5 sites in Hampshire.
Speech and language therapists provide life-changing treatment, support and care for children and adults who have difficulties with communication. This is an important therapy used to support the needs of the Young People within CAMHS secure units.
It is expected that any future contract will be for 2 years with a potential 2 year extension.

• Paperless prescribing for FP10s
• Directly linked with the spine
• Potential for interoperability with EPRs
• Smartcard authenticated
• Ability for patients to nominate chosen community pharmacy
• Formulary linked to Dictionary of medicines and devices (dm+d)
• Formulary configurable
• Ability to configure users, teams, departments, cost codes, specific to organisation

The Trust is looking for a supplier for a Digital Key Solution that provides an electronic locking system suitable for a hospital environment.
The solution needs to have digital keys (not keypad) that can be can be configured to open all locks, There needs to be a range of locks to suit different cabinets and doors that can be retro-fitted to existing cabinets. There needs to be associated remote access management software so that keys, locks and access rights can be managed and audited centrally via a secure web application. The option to add new keys and locks across multiple sites will be required.
