This opportunity is split into 3 Lots and bidders may submit tenders for one or multiple Lots.
1) EFA, MFA & HSE FA Courses
2) STCW PMC Courses + Onboard Vessel Medical & FA Training
3) HSE FAW & .OPITO Medical Emergency Response Training.

Clarifications close on the 16 May 2022 with responses due 31 May 2022.
Initial contract period is 3 years with the option to extend for 2 x 12 month periods.
Contract Value is an estimate only and will depend on course bookings during the contract period and any optional extensions taken.

- Lot 1 Team Kits and
- Lot 2 Student and Staff Garments.
There is no guaranteed level of expenditure on this contract. Bidders are invited to bid for one or both lots, the University reserves the right to award both lots to a single bidder or 2 separate bidders, each lot is evaluated separately. Bidders are invited to submit a proposal that is able to meet the requirements as set out in the Invitation to tender documentation. Bidders will be required to display samples on 9th November 2022 at Solent University.

The University has a requirement to appoint a Supplier for provision of Grounds Maintenance Services across four main sections - City Campus Academic, City Residences, Warsash Campus and Satellite Sites.
In accordance with Regulation 50, Paragraph (2) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 the University intend to publish the contract value at contract award stage, and reserved the right to do so. Provision of a Occupational Health Service to the University's employees from suitably qualified and experienced occupational health contractors.
The University is willing to consider either a "pay as you go" service or a fixed annual fee based on anticipated volumes, details of volumes are provided in the Request for Quotation documents.
