Following agreement between Devon & Cornwall Police, the Office of Police & Crime Commissioner (OPCC), Her Majesty's Court and Tribunal Service (HMCTS) and the High Sherriff of Devon agreement was reached to progress the development of a court awareness project for young people in Devon & Cornwall.
A strategic partner is sought to initially launch a pilot education and awareness project for young people from across Devon, Cornwall, and the Isles of Scilly. The project would focus on bringing students face to face with a working court and the wider criminal justice system improving understanding, confidence, and trust in the criminal justice system. If after review and analysis the pilot project is deemed to have been successful the extension of the project and identification of future funding will be subject to discussion and approval through the Local Criminal Justice Board.
The pilot project will be trauma informed with appropriate safeguarding methods and referral mechanisms in place to support attendees of the initiative. Creating an experience that is safe for that cohort would be essential.
A provider is sought to initially deliver a 12 month pilot "Getting Court awareness project" for young people from across Devon and Cornwall with the potential for extension of the approach for a period of upto a further two years subject to successful delivery of the pilot Outcomes AND confirmation of adequate funding availability. The below outlines the scope and objectives shaped through discussions between core project stakeholders via the Local Criminal Justice Board (LCJB).
The funding for the scheme will be for the implementation and delivery of the project FOR YEAR ONE ONLY
There is however POTENTIAL for this to be extended beyond the 12-month pilot SUBJECT TO the efficacy of the pilot and the identification of future funding sources.

Funds will be released at quarterly intervals, at a rate of £12,500 per quarter with the breakdown of spending included in the performance reports. Any funds not utilised for the pilot will be issued back to the OPCC Office.
South West Police Procurement Services are seeking Contractors to provide vehicle spare parts for use in the repair and maintenance of the fleet vehicles of Avon and Somerset, Devon and Cornwall, Dorset, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire Police Forces (the Customer). Coverage is required for the entirety of these Force areas and any resulting contract will be awarded to more than one Contractor.
The Authority's fleet totals approx. 4000 vehicles across the five Forces; cars and panel vans, motorcycles, larger goods vehicles, and passenger vehicles.
All Goods supplied must be equal to or exceed the original vehicle manufacturers specification and the quality must also be equal to or exceed the original vehicle manufacturers standard. Contractors must be able to support the provenance of all Goods supplied by the provision of MET Test Approved or Block Exemption Regulation (BER) certification upon request.

The procurement procedure is being managed as an Open Procedure in accordance with Public Contract Regulations 2015.
The Customers seek to award 5 year contracts with the option to extend by up to a further 2 years in increments of 1 year.
The contracts for both lots shall commence on 1st October 2022.
The Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon and Cornwall (the PCC) is commissioning a service to work with young people (ages 10 - 25) who engage in anti-social behaviour or who are identified as at risk of engaging in anti-social behaviour (ASB).
The PCC requires a multi-faceted approach to tackling ASB which includes both prevention and diversionary activity.
The requirement is for a service which offers both outreach and longer-term support. The longer-term commitment is crucial to ensure that the young person requiring help has the benefit of an input which diverts them from ASB and from situations where they could be become involved in ASB again.
Avon and Somerset Police require six CSI vehicles to support travel between CSI bases and crime scenes of various location and crime types. These vehicles will carry CSI equipment, personal kit and consumables which are necessary at a wide array of scene types and forensic examination requirements. The equipment, kit and consumables must be transported in a safe and organised manner that prevents damage, degradation and contamination to the items, ensuring that they are fit for purpose when needed. CSI vehicles are also used for the safe and secure transportation of evidence recovered from crime scenes to CSI bases.
These vehicles must adhere to ISO accreditation and standard operational procedures.
The Customer wishes to appoint one Contractor to provide conversion for six electric CSI ISO accredited vehicles.
4.1 The Authority intends to commission a new sexual violence and support contract through the delivery of five separate lots.
4.2 The five lots are;
• Lot one provides for the provision of support for children and young people who have experienced, or are vulnerable to sexual exploitation.
• Lot two provides for the provision of therapeutic support for children and young people affected by sexual violence and abuse.
• Lot three provides a community peer support provision for adult men who have experienced sexual violence and abuse.
• Lot four provides a community peer support provision for adult women who have experienced sexual violence and abuse.
• Lot five provides funding to support adults affected by sexual violence who need therapeutic or similar specialist psychological support.
In April 2020 the PCC commissioned an innovative ten-year contract with Victim Support as their Strategic Delivery Partner for Victim Services. It is our desired approach that Contractor(s) in this contract work with the Authority and the Strategic Delivery Partner for Victim Services, Victim Support with the shared aim of providing excellent support for victims of all crimes. Contractor(s) are encouraged to work with the partnership as a whole by building positive relationships for the benefit of victims in Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Contractor(s) are encouraged not to frustrate efforts to seek strategic and operational improvements for all victims in Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly that the partnership is working towards.

In addition, the Regional Organised Crime Unit (ROCU) shall be a key stakeholder of the services to be provided, operating within the legal entity of the PCC for Avon and Somerset.

The Customers require a Contractor to provide valuation, retention and sale of items services to sell Assets seized or obtained pursuant to Confiscation Orders issued by the Court under the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) 2002, Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984, Drug Trafficking Act 1994 and Criminal Justice Act 1988 (as amended) or such amended legislation as from time to time in force.
The Customers seeks to award a 3 year contract with an option to extend by up to a further 2 years.
This procurement is for the provision of onsite Force Medical Advisor (FMA) Services for the following Police Forces in the South West Region: Devon & Cornwall, Dorset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.
All Forces are committed to supporting staff through periods of ill health and are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Occupational Health Service Physician to provide FMA Services.
In this case, the Chief Constable for Devon & Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly will establish / award the contract, for the facilitation / provision of "Youth Advisory Groups (YAGs)"

The Contract is intended to be awarded on 28th November 2022 with a Contract start date of 14th December 2022. The Contract shall be awarded for a period of THREE YEARS from and including the Contract start date.
The maximum budget available under this Contract is expected to be £64,000 over the full 3 yrs of the contract which will need to cover all costs detailed within the Tender documentation. However if the Contractor is successful in securing further grants from other sources these may be used to expand the Service further with additional posts.
For this procurement, the Police and Crime Commissioner for Avon and Somerset hereby known as "the Customer" wishes to award a contract for the provision of services. The Customer is responsible for setting the direction and budget for Avon and Somerset Constabulary.
Tenderers are invited to tender for the Customer's requirements for the delivery of the Avon and Somerset Appropriate Adult (AA) for Adults service.
The Customer seeks to award a 3 year contract, commencing on 1st April 2023. The contract shall include an optional extension period of up to a further additional 2 years, taking the maximum possible contract term to 31st March 2028.
The procurement procedure is being managed as a bespoke tender procedure under the Light Touch Regime of Public Contract Regulations 2015.
The Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) Service in Swindon and Wiltshire will
provide practical and emotional support to victims of sexual assault and sexual harm to
help them to cope and recover.
Support shall be offered in a range of ways to suit the Victim's individual needs including, but not limited to:
• Telephone support
• Assessment, risk and support planning
• Face-to-face support
• Groupwork
• Wellbeing and mindfulness opportunities
• Support attending other services e.g. court
