Building 27 on the Bethlem Royal Hospital site (Monks Orchard Road, Beckenham, BR3 3BX) provides administrative accommodation for the Estates & Facilities Dept; it is proposed to convert existing office accommodation to provide space for a new centralised CCTV control room for the Facilities Management team, as part of the Trust's Lambeth Hospital disposal programme.
