The council and its housing delivery vehicles are proactively exploring a number of development on land assets owned by South Holland District Council these opportunities will serve to support the council in its aims of increasing the supply of new housing in the district for the benefit of local communities. In order to achieve the council's housing delivery ambitions, the authority is seeking to procure the services of an Employers agent to assist in the delivery of approximately 70 homes across three initially identified sites in the district. It is anticipated that each site will be run as an independent project but will maintain the same core team of designers and consultants to provide consistency. The three sites currently under consideration will be subject to scrutiny and review at selected gateways in line with the Councils governance process. It is anticipated that additional sites may be added to the programme as identified. The Council reserves the right to add these sites on to this contract. It should also be noted that all sites may not progress beyond appropriate gateways should they not receive support.

A tender is now being advertised for an internal framework to be used. Places on the framework will be awarded to an approved list of contractors who shall undertake DFG works during the framework period. We intend that the Framework Agreement will have a minimum of 5 contractors and a maximum of 8 contractors appointed.

Grants4Growth (described below) is in the final year of its delivery. The Strategic Board and Operational Team must secure the services of a programme evaluation contractor to research and prepare a balanced, objective evaluation report which establishes and communicates the Programme's impact, compares reported outputs to profiled outputs and captures key learning for appropriation by future projects. £30,000 plus VAT (inclusive of all expenses) is the total maximum budget available for this project.

You are invited to tender for the provision to deliver Food Advisor Services for the Broadland Food Innovation Centre (BFIC) Project for Broadland District Council (BDC) Procurement Ref. 024-BD-23. The Broadland Food Innovation Centre (https://foodinnovationbroadland.com) is an ERDF-funded project which supports food and drink businesses to innovate, connect to academia, and grow. The project involves contribution from Broadland District Council, University of East Anglia, Hethel Innovation, and the New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership. Broadland District Council requires a Food Advisor to provide support and advice to food and drink SMEs delivered through the Broadland Food Innovation Centre project. This will include working with the 'business tracking (CRM-database) system' to maintain full records including details of support, financial and accounting records and required administrative duties for the project.

Broadland District Council requires the following services: Media Planning: o Publishing stories to the media through press, print, radio, tv, etc. Media Relations: o Building positive relationships between the project and journalists, through the supply of case studies and testimonials from supported businesses. This content can be supplied as graphics, video, and copy. Event Attendance: o Ability to attend, monitor, and record key events, and circulate press releases following . Content Creation: o Articles and activity will be sent for circulation to the media and relevant stakeholders, but support is desirable to assist with the copywriting and creation of content.

Breckland District Council are seeking to appoint appropriately qualified consultants to undertake the GTAA for the area. This work is expected to respond to the latest national policy and guidance and consider the needs for all groups that identify as Gypsy, Travellers or Travelling Showpeople. In this regard it is expected that the GTAA will be informed by the national definition of Gypsy and Travellers, and additionally consider and provide advice on the needs arising in accordance with the decision of the Court of Appeal in the case of Lisa Smith and Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, June 2022. The GTAA will be focused upon needs within Breckland District Council's administrative boundary. However, the study will be expected to adequately reflect an understanding of any cross-border issues impacting needs and provision across Norfolk and Suffolk. Direct relationships with the immediately adjacent authorities of Mid Suffolk, West Suffolk, King's Lynn and West Norfolk, North Norfolk and Broadland should be considered.

South Holland District Council's Environmental Services Team, Housing Repairs Team and Dog Warden/Pest Control Officer require fuel cards and associated services for their fleet of vehicles.

The objective of this procurement is to procure the key insurance coverage requirements of the council(s), including procurement of statutory inspections. This tender is for Insurance Services (Excluding Brokerage Services). The three councils covered under this procurement work together as "The South & East Lincolnshire Council Partnership (SELCP)", which is the largest Council partnership in the country and, whilst they are distinct separate legal entities, their close working partnership means they can make a greater impact and bring efficiencies in tackling wider common challenges; In many cases, section 113 agreements exist between the councils where one council will employ a member of staff and these costs are then recharged proportionately across other authorities. As such, we are looking to procure both those requirements where a separate risk profile exists and join those requirements where there is some commonality and in particular due to the cross-over of roles and responsibilities between the parties. As all three councils are separate legal entities, there is a requirement that for those Lots where we are looking to procure the three authorities' requirements under one Lot, the successful bidders have in place a process where, if separate policies are not issued, then costs can be apportioned to each authority in its own right. There is a further organisation key to the councils' partnership which is PSPSL Ltd; This is a separate Local Authority Trading Company, wholly owned by the three councils and who perform certain core internal functions on behalf of the three councils.
