This contract would come into effect around May 2026 with 1 supplier to operate the service. Contract length is TBC but likely to be 3 years with the potential of an extension.

South Hams District Council and West Devon Borough Council are looking to commission an e-bike service which would provide the greatest measurable impact for value for money to promote active travel. At this stage we are looking for expressions of interest of companies with an e-bike share model that would work in our rural landscape.
South Hams District Council is looking into options available to purchase its energy requirements for the future to include 17 Non metered Electrical and 83 Metered Electrical supplies and 4 supplies over 2 sites for Gas. Consumption of the Metered electrical supplies is approx. 739217 KWH per annum and 554094 KWH for gas. We are looking for predicted pricing for 01/10/2024 start date to be based upon the actual supplies and to be priced on 15/11/2023 and product type is to be 1 carbon neutral option and at least 2 green options. The prices are to be set out as total Price per kwh and total price to cover all supply / distribution charges. So that there are no hidden charges.
South Hams District Council and West Devon Borough Council are planning to go out to tender to procure a car park maintenance contractor to maintain and refurb car parks owned by the council over a 3 year period (with a view for a 2 year extension). This will be done via an agreed schedule of rates which the councils will look to call-off as and when a car park within their boundaries requires maintenance work. The winning supplier will be the sole contractor for all car park maintenance under the council's jurisdiction for the 3 year initial term.
