The Grange school site is located in the Warmley area of South Gloucestershire Council on the Eastern fringe of Bristol. South Gloucestershire Council is a Unitary Authority in the South West of England. The Council currently commissions a variety of services for adults and children. \r
\r
The Council is inviting tenders from potential suppliers who may be interested in delivering an assessment and therapeutic intervention programme for young people aged 12-17 years old in South Gloucestershire who have engaged in problematic / harmful sexual behaviour. The behaviour of this small (no more than 10 cases per year in South Gloucestershire) but significant group of children and young people can be extremely damaging, often involving other children as victims. However, the evidence base demonstrates that assessments and interventions are likely to have a positive effect. We also believe that these interventions need to be holistic, child-focused and involve families. \r
\r
The initial duration of the contract is 36 months, with the potential to extend for a further 24 months, making a total possible contract term of 60 months. Any contract extension or renewal will be dependent upon continued need for the service, satisfactory performance and availability of funding. It is anticipated that this contract would start on 1st October 2023. \r
\r
Potential suppliers will need to register on the Supplying the South West portal (this is free of charge) and express an interest in this opportunity in order to see and receive the tender documents. Please visit https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk .

South Gloucestershire Council (SGC) has introduced a Dynamic Purchase System (DPS) to appoint public transport operators to provide socially necessary public transport and client services in South Gloucestershire. Operators wishing to provide these services for SGC will be required to complete a DPS application process, in order to join and become an Admitted Participant (AP). Periodically, SGC will then advertise contracts through the DPS for which all suitable APs can then bid.\r
\r
The DPS is expected to run for a minimum of four-years, but is likely operate much longer.\r
\r
SGC is intending to advertise its first DPS call-off contract early next year. Operators wishing to be considered for this opportunity should therefore aim to complete the AP applications process before the end of December 2022.
