This award relates to a Carer Respite Service as defined by the Carers Scotland Act 2016 which came into effect on 1 April 2018 and is designed to support Carers’ health and wellbeing, helping them to remain in their caring roles and be able to manage their own life alongside their caring responsibilities.

CE-34-23- Framework Agreement for External Fabric Upgrade Works
South Ayrshire Council requires to appoint up to 3 suitably experienced Contractors, who can carry out external fabric upgrade works within council owned residential properties throughout South Ayrshire.
The extent of the works is unknown at present but may include works to occupied or void general needs housing and/or amenity/sheltered housing type accommodation, which may include single storey bungalows, multiple storey flats, 2 and 3 storey houses and specialist accommodation.
CE-73-21 - Re-Opening of Flexible Framework for Provision of Care at Home Services (New entrants August 2023)
UPDATE - JUNE 2023 REOPENING OF THE FLEXIBLE FRAMEWORK
South Ayrshire Council wish to seek submissions from suitably qualified and experienced providers to supplement its existing Framework for Care at Home Services, ref CE-73-21.
The previously advertised flexible framework which commenced on 1 April 2022 allows for re-opening to new Providers. In accordance with its terms, it is now being opened for New Entrants to be admitted under the same requirements as the original tender exercise and as noted herein.
Providers already appointed to the Framework are not required to resubmit to remain on the Framework.
The estimated value shown in II.1.5 reflects the value advertised at the establishment of the framework which is an estimate and subject to change.
As this service is listed in Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations and the contract value exceeds 663,540 GBP over the contract period, the Council will be using the afforded flexibility of the Light Touch Regime to re-open the framework.

The South Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership has identified a requirement to establish a Flexible Framework Agreement and contract with suitably experienced and competent Care at Home Service Providers, who hold or can commit to obtain, prior to any appointment, the appropriate Care Inspectorate Registration, to deliver Care at Home Services across South Ayrshire on behalf of South Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership.
South Ayrshire Council (the Council) has a requirement to establish a Multi-Provider Framework Agreement for suitably experienced and competent Service Providers to undertake the following:
All Repairs;
Services;
MOT’s;
Routine planned inspections and maintenance to vehicles and ancillary equipment fitted to vehicles;
24/7 breakdown recovery and roadside assistance for the entire fleet of Council vehicles as detailed within each relevant Lot.

South Ayrshire Council, as the Lead Accountable Body and Lead Partner of the
Local Employability Partnership (LEP), is seeking to work in partnership with training
providers, the third sector and other organisations to utilise funding that will deliver
an all-age, person-centred programme of support to those looking to gain the
relevant skills and knowledge to progress to meaningful, sustainable employment.
In doing so, South Ayrshire Council has a requirement to establish a Multi-Provider,
Flexible Framework Agreement (FFA) to deliver varied programmes covering the 5
stage employability pipeline. The procurement is being carried out in accordance
with The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 under the "Light Touch
Regime.
