The College has a requirement for College fire safety systems (Fire, Emergency Lighting, Extinguishers and Lightning Protection) across all campuses. The tender will include provision for PPM and Installation works and is divided into Lots. Please see the guidance for further information.

The Service comprises of a fully managed Community Support Worker "CSW" placement provision to meet the educational and social needs of deaf learners while at the College. Deaf Support Services fall under Social and Other Specific Services listed under Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (‘PCR’). This means that the Light Touch Regime of the PCR apply to this requirement

Fully outsourced cleaning provision across all sites (Blossomfield B91 1SB, Woodlands B36 0NF and Stratford Upon Avon CV37 9QR) over 51 weeks p.a. to include annual deep cleans / specialist deep clean services. Consumables have also been included to support contract management efficiencies.

The tender requirement is for a contract for the provision of Adult Skills Fund ‘ASF’ (formally Adult Education Budget ‘AEB’) programmes, related inside the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) region. Specifically, this requirement is for Construction Skills training to include Construction Gateway courses like Rail Engineering Track Maintenance, Plant Machinery, Groundworks, CSCS and other operator tickets

Solihull College & University Centre is tendering for Waste Services. The contract with our current incumbent is due to expire on 31.07.25 and to ensure ongoing compliance to the Procurement Act Regulations, the College is inviting contractors to tender for Waste Management Services across all campuses, commencing 01.08.2025. It should be noted that the site visit is mandatory for this tender, this will take place on Thursday 10.04.2025 and cover all campuses; therefore it will take the whole day. Travel between sites will be required.

Solihull College & University Centre is looking for a qualified security systems integrator to 1. Install new pedestrian turnstiles and upgrade the access control system from TDSi to AMAG Symmetry at Woodlands Campus. The project will run from July to August 2025, with testing in August 2025 and Go live Ready for the start of term in September. 2. Solihull College & University Centre invites tenders from organisations capable of meeting the minimum requirements to tender for the provision of furniture and associated services. The contract will cover typical requirements for a Further Education institution including but not limited to supply of operator chairs, desks, tambor units etc. The College may also have ad hoc capital requirements to refurbish key areas of the College sites i.e. conference centre, specialist workshop / laboratory furniture, refectory and break out study areas – tendering organisations must therefore have the capacity to provide project management and installation services as part of the provision.
