Hampshire and Isle of Wight (HIOW) Occupational Health Services (OHS) are seeking to procure suitably qualified Occupational Health Physicians (OHPs) to work within HIOW on a flexible basis. Providers will support the existing Trust OHS for NHS People across the Integrated Care Board (ICB). The majority of OHS are SEQOHS accredited ( or are becoming accredited) and deliver the current services with teams of accredited Occupational Health professionals (physicians and nurses) and supported by experienced administration staff . The OHS provide a comprehensive occupational health service (referrals, ill health retirement, pre-placement health assessments, vaccinations and health surveillance etc) to our NHS People. Our focus is on high quality, accessible and evidence-based practice to maximise the effectiveness of staff and the best possible outcomes for all. We aim to: • Support staff and managers to create a safe and healthy working environment where the health and wellbeing of employees is highly valued, and which encourages and supports employees to maintain and adopt healthy lifestyles. • Support staff through change and help them to achieve the highest levels of performance, contributing to operational efficiency. • Take a proactive approach to supporting staff and managers to improve staff attendance. • Work within national guidance and legislation and ensure compliance and best practice guidance and standards are met. Solent NHS Trust, invite interested parties to tender for a contract to provide sponsorship for the continuation and future development of a Southampton based Stoma Service. The aim of the Stoma Care Service is to provide seamless care throughout the patients' pathway from pre-operative referral, inpatient stay and continued management within the community. This means that the service have structured their provision of care to support all aspects of the patient pathway, targeting the specific needs at each point and ensuring interventions are in the right place at the right time. The stoma care service will provide informal counselling, education, lifestyle advice, health promotion, diagnosis of stoma complications and treatment, appliance management including reviews and assessment of usage and support to patients who have or are about to have a stoma formed. Solent NHS Trusts Specialist Stoma Care Service is commissioned to provide a community-based service to patients within Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB). This includes patients within Southampton City primary care network's (formerly known as Southampton CCG) and within the Southwest Hampshire primary care network's including Eastleigh Southern Parishes, Romsey and North Baddesley, Coastal, New Forest, Totton and Waterside. The Stoma Care Service also holds a contractual agreement with University Southampton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UHS) to support ongoing provision of a stoma care service to both adults and children admitted to the wards at UHS. The inpatient related activity the Stoma Care Service provides includes both elective and emergency surgery. The Stoma Care Service supports provision of this service model across all the UHS sites including Princess Anne Hospital and within the private sector at the Spire Hospital in Southampton. This procurement process will mirror that of the Open procedure as in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) in respect of Health Care Services under the Light Touch Regime, Regulations 74 - 76 and the National Health Service (Procurement, Patient Choice & Competition) (No. 2) Regulations 2013.

The JCT Measured Term Contract is for the Trust’s Building and Engineering Works and is designed for use by the Solent NHS Trust Estates and Facilities Management as the Employees who have a regular flow of maintenance, minor works and improvement projects that they would like to be carried out by a single Contractor over a specified period of time. The idea of a JCT MTC contract is to have a designated Tier 1, Contractor with a Tier 2 Contractor (who will be awarded works packages in the event that the Tier 1 Contractor lacks capacity), to manage the works packages. <br/><br/>The contract is drafted to suit projects where the work involved is simple in character, the work is designed by or on behalf of the Trust as the Employer, and an Estates Contract Administrator is to administer the conditions. <br/><br/>Features of projects using the Minor Works Building Contract:<br/><br/>The Trust as the Employer is responsible for the design, and this is usually supplied to the Contractor by the architect or design team working on the Employer’s behalf. If the appointed Contractor is to be responsible for designing specific parts of the works, then a Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor’s design must be used.<br/><br/>The Trust as the Employer (through its advisers) will also need to provide drawings, a specification, or work schedules to specify the quantity and quality of work at tender stage. When using the Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor’s design, the employer must also detail the requirements for the parts of the works that the Contractor is to be responsible for designing.<br/><br/>The requirement covers the whole of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

Solent NHS Trust ("the Authority") have a backlog of children on their clinic lists who require an Autism Diagnostic Assessment. The Authority is looking to outsource most of these patients in an effort to reduce the waiting times for an assessment and to enable the implementation of a new diagnostic process. As such, the Authority is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced companies who can take on the outstanding assessments to assist with clearing the backlog. The Authority is seeking a value for money, high quality service that will be responsive to the needs of the client. Contracts are anticipated to go live in January 2024 and will run until the backlog of assessments is completed. It is expected that the contract term will be 6 months. The Supplier will be required to carry out Autism Diagnostic Assessments on the cohort of children that is provided to them on behalf of the Authority, at the scale required and within the timeframes of delivery. The Supplier will be required to outline where the assessments will take place, whether these will these be face to face Autism Diagnostic Assessments or virtual. The Supplier will be an expert provider of NICE compliant Autism Diagnostic assessments and will be familiar with all methods and diagnostic tools used. Part of the service will include providing feedback and a completed report to the parents and child, as well as a copy of the final report to the CAMHS Team for their records and the original referrer. The Supplier will provide monthly updates in a format agreed by the Authority, reporting on completed assessments, summarising the number of children diagnosed, those who have not attended their appointment and those whose assessment has resulted in a non-diagnosis. The Supplier shall performance monitor its activities/ services to demonstrate that the Services are achieved and where not achieved the extent of any shortfall is identified, reported and acted upon. Detailed supporting information will be made available to the Authority should it be required, and all reports must be provided in the manner prescribed and in accordance with GDPR legislation, to ensure that the Authority is able to access data as and when required. The contract will be for an initial period of 6 months with the option to extend for a further 6 months subject to satisfactory performance and at the discretion of the Contracting Authority. The contract will commence from January 2024. The main objectives are to: •Increase use of online services and remote pathways that improve scope for individuals to have their testing and advice needs met, where appropriate without face to face contact •Provide online STI self-sampling kits for asymptomatic residents aged 16 years and over, including samples from extra-genital sites for high risk groups •Provide online STI self-sampling kits for people with low risk symptoms aged 16 years and over, including samples from extra-genital sites for high risk groups •Target high risk groups, such as asymptomatic men who have sex with men (MSM), commercial sex workers who are not currently accessing SHHS •Redirect low risk asymptomatic patients from level 3 SHHS clinical service, to online services, in order to enable a faster service for this client group •Signpost anyone who is high risk but eligible for online testing to Sexual Health Promotion •Provide a customer support function for clients to contact the Pathology provider for advice or support •Evaluate the service through feedback from users •Offer an STI testing service in a non-clinical area when working with vulnerable patients that do not have IT access or unable to receive postal kits to a home address •Ensure that all residents aged 15-24 are offered a Chlamydia screen and/or can access services a chlamydia test via a remote (home) testing pathway •Provide remote testing for test of cure for Gonorrhoea, Chlamydia and Mycoplasma genitalium The service will provide: • Full STI and HIV testing for anyone over the age of 16 years.
