Sidney Stringer MAT has decided to tender their catering services to investigate the financial and qualitative benefits they could be offered through this process.
The contract will be awarded for a three-year duration with the option of two additional, one year extensions.
The financial structure of the contract is designed to reflect the Trusts' aims to reward the Contractor in a fair manner and based upon contract delivery and to have an open-book
agreement that is easily auditable.

This VEAT notice explains Sidney Stringer Multi Academy Trust's intention to increase the value of its contract dated 12 August 2024 with ITECH Managed Services (the "Contract") for the supply and service of printing equipment across Sidney Stringer Multi Academy Trust by 35% to £443,851 (exc. VAT). The original value of the Contract was £329,454 (exc. VAT).
