Seaford Town Council's highly sought-after concession spot situated on Marine Parade at Bönningstedt Promenade is available for tender. Bönningstedt Promenade is placed along the western part of the two-mile stretch of Seaford's popular seafront.
The site is currently an ice cream concession; however, the current tender is open to any mobile food or drink business that can leave the site outside of trading hours.
The Mobile Ice Cream Concession at Bönningstedt Promenade has been in situ for many years and is well known to residents and visitors as a destination to purchase ice creams. The concession site is a permanently reserved off road/on promenade space with plenty of room around the concession, becoming part of the seafront community.
Bönningstedt Promenade is also home to 20 beach huts, some of which are rentals, and to Skipper's Water Sports, which increases footfall within the concession area.
