PROC 21-1181 Supply, Delivery and Installation of Office Furniture
The Scottish Police Authority (known as “the Authority”) has a requirement for a Supply, Delivery and Installation of Office Furniture and Associated Equipment.
The successful Contractor must be able to service the full geographical area of Scotland including the highlands and all islands, and ensure it has appropriate resource in place at all times to ensure that there is a consistent level of service across each area.
The Authority is seeking to create a single Supplier Framework Agreement.
Proc 22-1685 Provision of Catering Services - Ops Events and Planning lunches
The Scottish Police Authority (known as the “the Authority”) has a requirement to appoint a Supplier to deliver outside catering such as packed lunches. The requirement is for a healthy packed meal, including delivery, to a number of station locations dependent on where the event will take place likely to be 2-3 police offices across the Greater Glasgow area, to be consumed prior to the event.
The meal pack should now include the following:
*A filled sandwich / roll
*A 500ml bottle of juice / water
*A packet of crisps
* A chocolate bar or similar
10% of the lunches to be fish based (i.e., tuna etc.) 15% (vegetarian) and 75% Chicken, Egg, Ham etc.
The Scottish Police Authority require an estimated 5 new RPA Systems over a four year (with option to extend) period with servicing and maintenance included. Further detail is within the ITT.
Pilot of Psychological Supervision for Forensic Science Staff
SPA Forensic Services provide independent, impartial specialist forensic services to policing and the wider criminal justice system in Scotland.
Operational Forensic Services staff are routinely exposed to incidents, images and case material that is often distressing or traumatic in nature, and carries a high level of stress and psychological risk. Prolonged and repeated exposure to this is more prevalent in the scene attending disciplines and in areas such as Imaging where review of traumatic images is conducted daily.
As such, it is proposed that a Pilot be undertaken to evaluate any impact that incorporating psychological supervision into the professional practice could have on the mental health and wellbeing of forensic staff. The pilot will run for approximately 3 years, which will allow trends and impact to be apparent and measurable – the supervision will include regular meetings with specific, suitably trained counsellors for the full duration. Providers will also provide suggested improvements to the approach and the wider SPA occupational health strategy and full report detailing final results, analysis and recommendations for future support.
Provision of Toxicology, Blood/Urine Intelligence and Confirmation Screening for Drugs
Toxicology Outsourcing, Appointment of a single supplier to a Framework Agreement for toxicology screen of urine samples with option for further analysis(including blood samples), witness statements and court attendance as needed.
PROC 23 2079 Provision of Legal Accountancy Services
The Authority is seeking services of a Legal Accountant an ongoing basis to independently review fee notes and itemised invoices received by the Authority / Police Scotland from Legal agents involved in relevant existing legal proceedings or new cases
PROC 23 2018 - Provision of Technical Support Services & Electrical Advice for the Installation of EV Charging Infrastructure
Police Scotland commenced its EV infrastructure programme in September 2020 and have set an ambitious vision to become the first emergency service within the UK to have an Ultra-Low Emission Vehicle (ULEV) Fleet by 2030.
The Authority is seeking to appoint a single Contractor to deliver key support and advice for technical install aspects of the proposed installations and Distribution Network Operators (DNO) works carried out by the Authority`s appointed EV Infrastructure Contractor and their nominated sub-contractors. This contract shall support the Authority`s Estates team.

PROC 23-2187 Provision of Fully Hosted Energy Management Monitoring, and Utilities Bureau
The Scottish Police Authority (SPA) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor for the provision of an online energy management software system and a full energy bureau service.
Contractors applying for this contract must be capable of supplying and maintaining a Fully Hosted Energy Management Monitoring and Targeting System, complete with a Utilities Bureau Service.
PROC 23-2229 Electricity Half Hourly Meter Operator
The Scottish Police Authority (SPA) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor for the provision of a Half Hourly Meter Operator (MOP) and a Data Collection/Data Aggregator (DC/DA) for their half hourly electricity supplies. This includes 00 and 05-08 profile classes.
The requested services for MOP are:-
A lease and maintenance’ model for the life of the contract. The Contractor will be required to maintain the meters and communications for all meters detailed in within the Current Portfolio and any new meters added throughout the Contract term.
An Online Data Provision to access stored half hourly data for the meters covered by the contract.
