Support and Development of ICMS for the Scottish Civil Court

The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) is looking to procure a contract to provide support, maintenance, replacement and refresh services for the equipment within our courtroom facilities. The contract will cover 52 sites across Scotland. As a critical component of our Justice system, it is imperative that all courtroom technology and equipment remain fully operational and reliable to ensure the fair and efficient administration of Justice.

The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) are looking to procure a contract for the provision of a Mental Health for Tribunal Scotland (MHTS) Umbraco Hybrid Headless Content Management System. The main scope of delivery will focus on: - ​ The standing up of Umbraco Cloud including licensing and configuration​ Creation of the new public facing Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland Website which is in line with the business and technical requirements and compliant with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards​ Creation of a secure Member's Portal: ​ Front End development​ Integration with CMS/ Document repository/ Notification services/ Secure Access and an Authentication service ​ ​

SCTS is looking for the a fully managed service addressing the provision of storage and transportation of goods and furniture for the entire SCTS estate across Scotland

The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) aim to appoint a principle supplier and a reserve supplier to deliver consultation analyses services for the Scottish Sentencing Council (SSC). The contract will have an initial duration of two years, with two one-year optional extensions (2+1+1), taken at SCTS' discretion.
