ScotRail Trains require a technology partner with proven expertise and innovative vision to develop and implement a user-centric website, app, and Smart Kiosks, powered by a single centralised TIS (Ticket Issuing System) that sets the benchmark for UK rail ticketing, this will require procuring a state-of-the-art multi-channel e-commerce solution that redefines convenience, accessibility, and value for our passengers.
Supply and delivery of de-icing salt to ScotRail locations. Delivery is to be delivered / hand balled to site specific requirements. This is a single supplier framework, as specific amounts of salt may vary every year.
ScotRail invites prospective suppliers to participate in this procurement process to supply and support off the shelf security software for our stations. The supplier must be able to supply software currently available on the market and they currently have in place with customers with similar requirements to ScotRail. The software will support the delivery of security obligations across the ScotRail estate. The current security sweep requirements cover 11 railway stations and a total of 171 check points across the 11 locations; the service must be scalable to include additional business areas, check points and users as required. The WSP control units (Railway Cat number 064/012539) were installed in the mid-2000s, and are starting to suffer from failures related to leaking electrolytic capacitors, leading to damage to the PCB tracks and vias. SR-PACT-PROJ-216 HST Power Car Remote Monitoring System
ScotRail Trains Limited (herein referenced as ScotRail) wish to procure a turnkey solution to renew the Remote Monitoring System installed on their fleet of 52 HST Power Cars. This is intended to provide better diagnostic information on the traction and air braking systems to aid maintenance staff in fault finding and provide proactive fault detection and notification. The scope of supply should include integration design, approvals, material supply and installation, and data hosting / presentation.
ScotRail Trains Limited require a supplier to undertake overnight cleaning duties for the class 385 trains stationed at Lanark. Lanark Station can be found at Bannatyne Street, Lanark, South Lanarkshire, ML11 7JP.
ScotRail Trains Limited require a supplier to provide On Train Cleaning Services for all Diesel Multiple Unit’s (DMU) stationed at Mallaig. Mallaig Station can be found at Main Street, Mallaig, PH41 4QA. This will include overnight cleaning, daytime cleaning and external cleaning.

ScotRail InterCity Replacement Fleet and Technical Support and Spares Supply
ScotRail is seeking proposals for the supply of rolling stock to operate a minimum of 19 service diagrams per day on its intercity routes connecting Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth, Stirling, Dundee, Inverness and Aberdeen.
This competition is a combined process to select providers of:
(a) the InterCity Replacement Fleet under a rolling stock lease, including any refurbishment and enhancement work; and a
(b) technical support and spares supply agreement, with additional maintenance and support during introduction and may include some heavy maintenance services.
These contracts may be awarded to two different contracting entities. However, in responding to this Contract Notice you are required to respond jointly in a manner that satisfies all contractual requirements.
For example, this may take the form of a joint venture or consortium, with one member providing the InterCity Replacement Fleet, and the other providing the technical support, spares and maintenance elements.
In the event that contracts are subsequently awarded with two different contracting entities, ScotRail may decide to include an interworking agreement between all the contracting entities.

Framework for the Supply of Fuel Additives and associated services
ScotRail are tendering for a single supplier framework for fuel additive and associated services at its Engineering Depots (Cadder, Corkerhill, Eastfield, Haymarket, Inverness and Perth). The intent is to provide both a performance improvement / emissions reduction fuel additive, as well as a fuel biocide additive which should be compatible with the existing infrastructure.
PQQ foir Environmental Testing Services at ScotRail establishments
ScotRail are tendering for suppliers for the provision of environmental testing services at various ScotRail Depots and ISFE locations. This may include but is not limited to the testing of effluent interceptors, fuel storage tanks, LEV, coolant, carriage wash plants effluent discharge, train drinking water points, and diesel exhaust fumes as well as the provision of specialist technical support and any ad-hoc services required.
It is envisaged this requirement will have a duration of 3 years will optional 24-month extensions on two separate occasions to a maximum term of 7 years.
Supply of Workwear with Laundry Service with the Supply of Lockers and Locker Service
Supply of workwear including laundry services to ScotRail depots and In Service Fleet Engineering (ISFE) locations. Items include but are not limited to: high viability coveralls, bib and brace overalls, flame retardant coveralls, molten metal coveralls, lockers, manager lockers and bath towels. Further, we require that the supplier service, clean and provide fitment to the items above as required.
