The Estates Development Team require the appointment of a planning consultancy to provide professional planning support services in relation to an eventual sale of the Land East of Gamston, Nottinghamshire. This includes assistance with the planning application submission and associated technical and advisory work streams. The scope of services includes: •Planning application submission and coordination •Post-submission support and liaison with statutory consultees •Urban design advisory services •Landscape design and assessment •Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) coordination and review •Socio-economic impact assessment and reporting These services were initially commissioned and approved prior to the Estates Development Team’s transfer from Nottinghamshire County Council. To ensure continuity and avoid duplication of work, Pegasus Group have been appointed, who have already undertaken preliminary essential work in relation to the planning application submission and early-stage advisory work. Pegasus Group have a proven track record in delivering large-scale sustainable development projects for the Nottinghamshire County Council, including Top Wighay Farm and Gamston SUE, and possess a detailed understanding of the local site context and complexities. Scape Group, on behalf of Arc Property Services Partnership Limited as seeking to set up a Framework for mechanical and electrical design work. All sites where projects will be situated will be within the the Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire areas. The NEC4 Framework Contract will be used to manage the supplier and client relationship. Please note: No warranty is given to the Contractor by neither SCAPE nor the Client as to the amount (if any) or nature of the service and/or work which may be required to be carried out by the Contractor during the Framework period and no claim for compensation either contractual or otherwise will be accepted in respect of any variation inthe volume of the work. Scape Group Limited on behalf of Arc Property Services Partnership Limited are looking to appoint a single service provider to provide servicing and maintenance for lifts and hoists within various public buildings primarily throughout the Nottinghamshire area, but also some properties within the UKF NUTS area (Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire) and South Yorkshire (UKE3). It is anticipated that the works and services will be provided by the provider themselves and/or through their supply chain. Consortia bids will be accepted.

Scape Group looked to procure a suitable IT system to ensure the efficiency of the performance of the HR function. The requirements included a user-friendly interface, scalability, training flexibility, continuous support and refresher training, management of employee personal information and job data, self-service dashboard, employment checks, and vacancy management. 6 HR management systems were considered and they were evaluated based on how closely each product met Scape Group's requirements. Scape Group Ltd, acting on behalf of Arc Property Services Limited (the “Client”), is procuring a single supplier to provide comprehensive legionella monitoring, water sampling and fixtures cleaning (including water tanks) across various operational sites primarily within Nottinghamshire, with potential coverage extending into Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire. The contract will include the provision of: •monthly temperature monitoring of identified fixtures, sentinel outlets, Water Heaters and Calorifiers. •quarterly cleaning and descaling of identified showers, hoses and spray outlets. •annual inspection and/or cleaning of identified cold water storage tanks and down services. •water sampling and testing on an as and when required basis •annual temperature monitoring of other identified fixtures, Water Heaters and Calorifiers. •fully cleaning (including stripping down where necessary) of fixtures including thermostatic mixing value (TMVs). The successful Contractor will be responsible for delivering all services in accordance with agreed service levels, performance standards and reporting requirements. The overarching contractual arrangement will be an NEC4 Term Service Short Contract. The contract will be awarded for an initial two (2) year term, with options to extend by further periods of two (2) years up to a maximum total duration of six (6) years (2 + 2 + 2), with break clauses at each two-year interval. Only one Contractor will be appointed to deliver the full scope under a single Contract. TUPE regulations may apply to existing members of staff currently engaged in the service provision but we are waiting to confirm this from the incumbent supplier. Arc Property Services Limited undertakes these services on behalf of its customers, including Nottinghamshire County Council and associated public sector partners. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and relevant subordinate legislation. The Contract will be awarded on the basis of Most Advantageous Tender (MAT). The works form part of a wider refurbishment programme required to enable the relocation of staff from County Hall while refurbishment works are undertaken there. The existing revolving door has reached the end of its operational life and is currently inoperable, posing a potential health and safety and evacuation risk in the event of an emergency. The replacement works are therefore critical to ensure safe and compliant access and egress to the building prior to staff occupation. Due to strict project timeframes associated with the wider refurbishment programme, the works must commence promptly. The original manufacturer of the revolving door has been identified through Optimus, a former supplier under Arc Partnership's Windows and Doors Framework (Arc085). Optimus has a proven track record of delivering high-quality installations and holds the necessary expertise, supply chain relationships, and compliance credentials to deliver the works to the required standards and within the time constraints. A direct award (below-threshold) approach is being taken to ensure timely delivery, given the 19-week lead-in period required for manufacture and installation, and to mitigate further delay or risk to building occupation.
