Scape Group Ltd, acting on behalf of Arc Property Services Limited (the “Client”), is procuring a single supplier to provide comprehensive legionella monitoring, water sampling and fixtures cleaning (including water tanks) across various operational sites primarily within Nottinghamshire, with potential coverage extending into Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire. The contract will include the provision of: •monthly temperature monitoring of identified fixtures, sentinel outlets, Water Heaters and Calorifiers. •quarterly cleaning and descaling of identified showers, hoses and spray outlets. •annual inspection and/or cleaning of identified cold water storage tanks and down services. •water sampling and testing on an as and when required basis •annual temperature monitoring of other identified fixtures, Water Heaters and Calorifiers. •fully cleaning (including stripping down where necessary) of fixtures including thermostatic mixing value (TMVs). The successful Contractor will be responsible for delivering all services in accordance with agreed service levels, performance standards and reporting requirements. SCAPE, on behalf of Arc Partnership (the Client) was seeking tenders from suitably experienced asbestos consultants/analysts to provide asbestos analysis services. As a result of this procurement, 3 asbestos consultants/analysts were appointed to deliver asbestos analysis services across Nottinghamshire and other properties owned by Arc's clients in Lincolnshire, South Yorkshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire under a framework agreement with the Arc Partnership. The framework utilises a Mini-competition framework procedure where the three providers provide quotes on a project by project basis to supply Asbestos Analyst Consultancy. The framework also allows for Direct Award when necessary. The framework duration is 2 years with two optional extension years (2 + 1 + 1). The NEC4 Framework Contract is used to manage the Client and Supplier relationship. The Contract covers all elements of the Client's business. The contract consists of one Lot.

SCAPE, on behalf of Arc Partnership (the Client), are looking to establish a Framework for the hire of temporary heating and hot water solutions. The contract will consists of two Lots. Lot 1 will cover Temporary Hot Water Solutions Hire (approx £80,000 per annum) and Lot 2 will cover Temporary Portable Heating Hire (approx £80,000 per annum).
