Sanctuary seeks to appoint the services of a suitably experienced architectural practice to provide professional services to support the design and build of circa 170 high quality, energy efficient, sustainable homes on the former HMRC site, Cumbernauld.
Suppliers are invited to submit bids for the supply, delivery, and installation(where applicable) of windows and doors, including any associated services across Sanctuary regions.

Residential Care Home development at Nelson Road, Dartmouth for the construction of a 69 Bed Care Home together with all site works including the construction of sewers, external lighting, street lighting, paths and paved areas, roads, landscaping, drainage and services and all associated other site works.

Residential development at 36 Upper Studley, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 0DX for the construction of 8 Nr Bungalows and the demolition of existing structures together with all site works including the construction of sewers, external lighting, street lighting, paths and paved areas, roads, landscaping, drainage and services and all associated other site works all to adopted standards.
To participate, companies must have a minimum turnover of £2.4m, £10m public liability insurance, and hold a valid SSIP accreditation.

Sanctuary seeks to appoint the services of a suitably experienced Engineering practice to
provide professional services to support the design and build of circa 170-200 high quality,
energy efficient, sustainable homes on the former HMRC site, St Mungo's Road, Cumbernauld.
Tenderers attention is drawn to the requirements in the tender regarding minimum turnover, insurance provision, and specific trade accreditations.
The purpose of this requirement is for the design and construction of works of 36 new build flatted properties and all associated external and infrastructure works at the former NHS car park situated at Prospecthill Road, Glasgow.
BuildDPS
This tender is for the provision of contractors to carry out the building of:
• New build residential properties
• New build care, extra care and supported living developments
• Mixed residential and commercial developments
• Conversion of any existing building for residential and/or commercial use
• Any other new build within the regular activities of Sanctuary Housing Association.
The framework will be a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) as defined under Public Contract Regulations 2015 and will run up to the deadline for frameworks as dictated by the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023, currently 23rd February 2029. Sanctuary
reserves the right to amend this end date in line with any future clarification of transitional arrangements.

Suppliers may opt in at specific sub-region level, should they wish to do so. It is the supplier's responsibility to ensure that they opt in to the correct category, value and regional bandings at application, and that they satisfy the selection requirements for each.
To qualify, suppliers must meet standard pass/fail requirements such as health and safety accreditations, insurance, and turnover levels, depending on which category they are applying for. In addition, suppliers must demonstrate technical ability as outlined in the Invitation to Tender document (Appendix to Terms and Conditions) and the application process on the Local Supply Chain portal (www.localsupplychain.co.uk/builddps). All call offs and contract management will be administered on the Local Supply Chain portal.
