A supplier (or suppliers) is required to conduct physical surveys of up to 3,000 sites across England and Scotland, during an estimated 6 - 9 month period, validating each site's Digital Switch‑impacted assets including:

OVERVIEW
Sanctuary Housing Association (the Group) have a requirement for responsive maintenance/repairs, disrepair, voids, damp and mould services in:
• Lot 6A: East Mids (Region 07)
• Lot 6B: Oxon (Region 08)
The Group's Property Services Department provides a wide range of inhouse maintenance and repair services to the Group's portfolio of Properties covering an approximate percentage of 70% of the overall maintenance and repair requirements, however, the Group also requires a reliable Supplier network to support the Group's Property Services Team with the provision of repairs and maintenance. As such the Group have a requirement for Suppliers to provide responsive maintenance/repairs, disrepair, voids, damp and mould services across tenanted properties, care homes, student accommodation and supported living facilities in the above stated areas.
Through a previous competitive tendering exercise, the Group has already awarded Contracts to one Supplier in each of the above areas, however, we are looking to award an additional Supplier in each area, with work being allocated between the two Suppliers on a taxi rank basis (e.g. Work will be allocated on an alternating day principal).
The initial contract period will be until 30 September 2028, with a maximum of two extension periods of 12 months each.
Bids will be sought from generalist suppliers who will be able to provide the full range of disciplines set out below. Sub-contracting will be permitted under the contract.
Pricing will be based on National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates (SOR) 8.0.

Sluice Room Equipment: Planned Preventative Maintenance, Repair and Purchase
Provision of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) / servicing and repair of sluice room equipment incorporating: Bedpan Washer Disinfectors, Pulp Product Macerators, and Pad / Incontinence Product Macerators to Sanctuary Care Homes and Schemes.
OVERVIEW
Sanctuary Housing Association have a requirement for responsive maintenance/repairs, disrepair, voids, planned maintenance, damp and mould services.
We will be seeking a range of suppliers to cover tenanted properties, care homes, student accommodation and
supported living facilities across England and Scotland.
It is envisaged that the combined service value will be in excess of GBP 50,000,000 per annum. This will be divided into smaller geographical lots.
Bids will be sought from generalist suppliers who will be able to provide the full range of disciplines set out below. Sub-contracting will be permitted under the contract.

THE PROCESS
Sanctuary intend to conduct a further competition to enable contract commencement on 1st April 2025.
Sanctuary will be conducting formal bids under the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), specifically via the RM6241 Housing Maintenance & Repair DPS. It is expected that formal bids under the DPS will be requested early October with contract award being early January 2025.

Sanctuary Housing Association - Legal Services Tender 2024
This prior information notice is to signal an intention to commence market engagement with those within the legal market. Sanctuary Housing Association intends to hold market engagement sessions on the 4 July 2023 with suppliers interested in potentially bidding for the resulting panel contract.
Sanctuary Housing Association’s current Legal Service Level Agreement expires early 2024. Sanctuary Housing Association is planning a tender its Legal Services requirements. The outcome of this tender will be a multi-supplier arrangement across Lots covering requirements in both England and Scotland. Work has commenced in developing the procurement strategy options including canvassing of stakeholders’ views. To complete and finalise the strategy, Sanctuary Housing Association recognises the value of suppliers having the opportunity to contribute to this process on a non-competitive, non-judgemental basis.

Sanctuary Group manages a substantial portfolio of properties and assets across England and Scotland. We manage over 100 care homes under Sanctuary Care and provide social and affordable housing through various schemes. From April 2023 to March 2024, we completed 190 Full Risk Assessments and 809 Risk Assessment Reviews. Our assets include a wide range of items that require testing, such as taps, storage tanks, distribution systems, valves, and hydrants. However, we do not have any water towers.
The tender is broken down into a single Lot, this will cover the provision of the above for England & Scotland.
Suppliers must be able to provide the services they are applying for in their entirety.
