Minor Works to Public Conveniences at Porthminster Beach, St Ives TR26 2DR to facilitate the Provision of a Changing Places Disabled Toilet Facility with the installation of the equipment contract awarded separately to a specialist supplier.
The removal of a wet-laid slate roof on a heritage building in St Ives Town Centre and installation of replacement slate roof and associated works, in accordance with the planning approval and specification.
St Ives Town Council wishes to award a contract for cleaning of buildings and public toilets in the town of St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
The cleaning service will cover:
a) Cleaning buildings including St Ives Town Hall, Burleigh Hill Community Centre and the Norris Museum
b) Cleaning public toilets: the Globe car park and Cattle Market car park
There is the possibility that during the contract period individual sites may be added or removed from the contract. This will be done with the agreement of the contractor.
The contract will run between 1st April 2025 and 31st March 2028. The Town Council will have the option to extend the contract for a further two years. Either the Contractor or the Town Council will have the option to terminate the contract by giving three months' notice.
