The SWR Marketing department have four lots for this tender.

SWR's main objective with this tender is to contract with a successful Supplier, covering all Services in this document to create our Marketing Technology suite
SWR is currently in contract with 4 providers for these Services, which are due to expire between 31st March 2024 and June 2024.
Our ambition is to award contracts in January to allow for mobilisation. A full timeline is in Section 6 of the specification. The Supplier will need to take into consideration these timescales when submitting their tender submission.
The awarded contracts will be for two(2) years plus the option to extend for a further 12 months
The proposed contract with be our IT Services Agreement with amended clauses
SWR seeks a specialist partner to design, deliver and manage the full public consultation programme. This includes creation of consultation materials, delivery of digital and in‑person engagement events, handling customer and stakeholder enquiries, running an integrated communications and digital campaign, and providing embedded project management support. The appointed supplier will also analyse consultation responses, produce the formal consultation report, and deliver a post‑consultation "you said, we did" campaign to support transition into the new timetable launch communications.
Supply of Class 158 & Class 159 USB-C At Seat Power Material
South Western Railway Limited (SWRL) is planning to install at seat power for customers within standard and first-class accommodation within its Class 158 and 159 fleet as part of the wider ongoing project to refurbish this fleet.
The purpose of this modification is to make at seat power within first class more accessible along with the addition of USB-C charging and to introduce USB-C charging facilities for the first time to standard class and a minimum of one USB-C outlet for the non-driving side of each cab.
This is a Supply of Goods requirement. The headline requirements are as follows:
A minimum of one USB-C outlet per seat for both standard and first class;
A minimum of one USB-C outlet for the non-driving side of each cab;
The wheelchair bays shall have both USB-C and 230V outlets.
No minimum order quantity for spares.
As a business we have decided to bring the Works element of installation in house but still require the goods to be procured.
