This is for property management within STW/HD to manage the residential, commercial, telecoms estate. This contract will oversee telecoms and residential helpdesk. More details are on the specification document for both STW & HD.

A topographical and underground utilities survey framework is required to support with optioneering, outline and detailed design phases to be completed by the Utilities design teams and consultants.
The Suppliers will be able to undertake all types of investigations and support work, including but not limited to:
· Land surveying, including drone.
· Laser scanning and revit modelling.
· Utility mapping to PAS128:2014 standard.
Land surveying
As part of the Land surveying requirements, there are 3 different types of surveys specified which include;
• Type A Surveys which are for those on sites such as treatment works where multiple critical structures exist.
• Type B Surveys which are for more generic topographical surveys.
• Type C Surveys which are for long linear surveys such as longer pipeline routes.
Laser scanning
As part of the Terrestrial Laser Scanning requirements, devices will employ a laser to automatically measure three dimensional coordinates on the surface of an object. The collection of these XYZ co-ordinates will be in a common coordinate system that portrays to the viewer an understanding of the spatial distribution of a subject or a site.
Utility mapping
The Utility mapping requirements will be based on PAS128:2014. PAS128:2014 take a hierarchical approach to the survey types used in recognition that different clients at different stages of an asset life cycle will require different levels of detail. PAS128:2014 defines four types of survey:
• Desktop utility records search (survey type D)
• Site reconnaissance (survey type C)
• Detection (survey type B)
This is a requirement for a panel of debt collection agencies to provide (i) trace and collect services and (ii) primary and secondary collection services
This requirement is for the provision of High Court enforcement services (the collection of outstanding water debt). There are 2 key elements to the service viz:
(i) Step 1: administrative. This means applying for County Court Judgments to be transferred to the High Court. This is called the Transfer Up Process, (TUP). If successful, the court issues a "writ of control" and
(ii) Step 2: enforcement. This is "enforcing the writ of control", i.e., collecting the debt
Severn Trent Water are re-tendering their framework for Ecological Services, this is the pre-qualification stage to assist Severn Trent in deciding which supplier(s) to shortlist for the required services outlined below.
Ecological surveys are required to determine the presence of habitats and species within an identified area. Undertaking these surveys will help ensure the design and delivery of development works is completed in a responsible way and in accordance with Ecological Legislation, including the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The information provided by Ecological surveys will assist with the planning and scheduling of activities, helping to ensure programme commitments are met.

The Contractor and their staff must work in accordance with all relevant legislation including but not limited to; the Health and Safety at Work Act, Working Time Regulations, The Waste Regulations. The Contractor must also be able to provide a Site Supervisor for large and or complex events when requested, facilitating the loading/unloading of tankers, controlling traffic and keeping records of vehicle registrations and times.
