Serco is one of the world's leading service providers, with experience delivering recruitment and training services for government. We have actively engaged on the Future High Potential Initial Teacher Training (HPITT) Programme for over a year and are excited by the opportunity to deliver a transformed service. It is our intention to pursue the tender as a prime provider and create a collaborative delivery partner network to best meet the DfE's requirements and deliver positive outcomes for schools, candidates and students. We anticipate a number of changes from the intended procurement in 2024 that aligns to the governments overarching 'Opportunity Mission'. Potential changes include: Supplier neutral brand identity, revised definition of high potential, increased focus on school needs including establishing regional networks, and the shift to an output target from a recruitment target which increases focus on quality and retention. We strongly feel this contract has a unique opportunity to unlock better outcomes and futures for younger people within disadvantaged communities across the country and deliver on the governments wider focus on facilitating social mobility, providing equal opportunity for all. In doing so, directly contributing to creating the people and workforces of the future and the next generation of school leaders, supporting individual school needs and strengthening regional networks. Our vision is therefore to leverage our multinational, cross-sector experience as a service integrator and employer of over 50,000 staff to compliment market-leading ITT providers by providing agile and robust solutions to attract, recruit and manage a consistent flow of high-potential participants, aligned to priority subjects. Together, as a collection of ambitious expert partners within our disciplines, we are excited to design and deliver the next iteration of this contract under a new supplier-neutral brand that supports the Department for Education in delivering their target of 1,300 new teachers. How to Register an Interest: If your organisation is interested in partnering with Serco on this exciting opportunity, please email csbidteam@serco.com labelling the email HPITT ITT Opportunity and a member of our team will be in touch to share our Expression of Interest. We welcome your response and an opportunity to collaborate on this exciting programme.
