Seetec Pluss delivers Employment Programmes across England. We provide tailored support to help Participants get back into work. Due to the nature of our delivery, we are seeking a service delivery partner(s) to meet the high demand for employability and vocational. The provision will support Participants progression into sustainable employment with a key priority to address health and wellbeing challenges with access to a range of interventions depending on severity of need to identify barriers and successfully manage and overcome these challenges. Our programmes aim to improve Participants opportunity to get back into sustainable employment within the time they are on programme. It is therefore crucial support is accessible and timely. (2) Purpose Seetec Pluss require a provider who can deliver face to face and remote support services either on a cohort (up to 15) or individual basis that Employment Advisors can select and refer participants from a range of interventions and therapeutic support once a need has been identified. To support our Restart Scheme participants. The successful provider will be included into our database of providers providing bespoke training and support to participants. The support interventions required include, but are not limited to: • Health & Wellbeing Support Interventions • Trauma Informed Counselling • Psychological talking therapies • Solution Focused Therapy • Occupational Health Assessments • Physiotherapy Assessments • Pain Management Clinics Please note, we are looking for a provider who is flexible and can develop further support interventions as needs require. The services under the contract awarded will include a range of therapeutic support interventions as detailed under section 2 above to assist participants future employability chances. Due to this varied nature of services required as needs arise, there is also the scope to add services to those listed above. Please note contract value includes potential 2 year extension of the Restart Scheme. There is opportunity for discretionary referrals to the Restart Scheme at the right time in an individual's journey. Claimant and Jobcentre Plus Work Coach discussions will provide an opportunity to decide if someone will benefit from the scheme and that this will be the most appropriate route into work for them. The Restart Scheme provides additional tailored support above what is available through Jobcentre Plus, supporting Participants into sustainable work.

The successful contractor shall provide daily door-to-door transport services for adults with learning disabilities, ensuring safe, reliable, and dignified transportation between their homes and Pluss at the Scott Business Park, Plymouth PL2 2PQ. • Morning Collection: Service users to arrive at destination PL2 2PQ by 09:00 to 9.15am, not earlier • Evening Collection: Service users to be collected at 15:30 • Operating Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) • Annual Operating Days: Approximately 250 days per year Service User Profile • Number of Service Users: 15 adults with learning disabilities who attend on different days. 6 - 9 people travelling each am/pm • Age Range: 18+ years • Mobility Requirements: All of the current passengers do not have any significant mobility issues • Support Needs: Varying levels of support needs, including occasionally some service users who may require assistance with seatbelts, communication support, or behavioural guidance. All will need to be escorted into their homes or Pluss due to lack of road safety skills All of our customers live in Plymouth, Plympton or Plymstock. Maximum total distance of continuous journey of all travelling in one session (am or pm) is 22 miles. The minimum distance is 16 miles. Currently use 2 - 3 taxi cars per am/pm but open to use MPV's or Minibuses. The self-employment support should include: - 121 meetings with a business advisor - Creating a tailored action plan and business plan to suit the participants unique needs and goals - Assistance with business registration - Guidance on completing tax returns - Support with navigating Universal Credit for the self-employed - In work support for the participant once their business is up and running - A range or workshops to support with: - Business planning - Marketing - Social media (Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram etc.) - Websites & domains - Business finances - Understanding self-employment Ideally with this support should include a mix of face-to-face delivery with the business advisor and wrap around online support as well. The participants should receive support for 6-12 months to ensure they can start and grow their business and can sustain their self-employment.
