Due to the nature of our delivery, we are seeking Intervention Partners to meet the high demand we are seeing for vocational security training. The provision will support Participants progression into sustainable employment in the security industry. Seetec require a provider who can deliver face-to-face training services, on either a cohort (up to 12) or individual basis. Seetec staff would be responsible for referring Participants to the provision once a need had been identified. The successful providers will be included onto our database of Intervention Partners delivering bespoke training and support to participants. The training interventions required include, but are not limited to: - Level 2 Door Supervisor - Level 2 Security Guard - Level 2 CCTV operator - Level 3 Emergency First Aid Supplier must be able to deliver at least 3 or 4 of the courses detailed above. Seetec reserves the right to award the contract to one or more providers depending on the applications received. Seetec require a provider who can deliver a generalist advisor to offer face-to-face, one-to-one appointments to Seetec participants in our Bournemouth Seetec office (BH8 8GS), one day per week. The majority of participants will be unemployed and in receipt of benefits. Seetec staff would be responsible for referring Participants to the provision once a need had been identified. The successful provider will be included onto our database of Intervention Partners delivering bespoke training and support to Participants. The support interventions required include, but are not limited to information, advice and guidance relating to: - housing and tenancy issues - homelessness - managing debt and personal finances - benefits - other issues that might stop participants move into work such as right to work evidence Payment mechanism: Payment via a Service Fee (to be negotiated). This will be an initial 6-month contract with an option to extend. For clarity, this contract will follow our standard T&Cs and includes monthly invoicing upon delivery of the service and payment on 30-day terms. The program should combine life coaching and career coaching and prioritise empowerment and inclusion ensuring participants have the tools and confidence to thrive. Program delivery: Six-week program with weekly 2-hour online sessions to groups of 10-12 participants with additional independent tasks. Delivered by professionals who understand the challenges faced by people with disabilities and how to navigate them. The program should include: - Discovering talents and skills - identifying participant's commercial value. - Defining Purpose, Mission, and Goals - Overcoming barriers - building resilience and confidence. - Telling the participant's story - crafting a compelling narrative and navigating the employment process. - Career planning - identifying ideal roles, employers, and how to stand out. - Interview mastery - mindset, communication, and showcasing disability as an asset. Employer Engagement: The provider must have strong relationships with employers actively seeking to recruit people with disabilities. The provider will: - Facilitate introductions between participants and employers. - Support participants to approach employers with confidence. - Coach participants on how to effectively articulate their value as candidates. Self-Employment: For participants interested in self-employment, the program should include: - Expert guidance - Training on business structures, financial planning, and creating a business plan. - Exposure to potential mentors and investors to accelerate business readiness. Seetec require a provider who can deliver ESOL, Functional Skills, digital skills, employability, and employment enabling accreditations attached to employers with guaranteed interviews. Training will be delivered across the Southwest and Uxbridge for unemployed learners looking to move back into work. ESOL and Functional Skills needs to include elements of employability to ensure that the focus remains on finding employment. Overall objective is to improve learners' level of English to in turn, improve their employment prospects. Learners are on programme for a limited time, so the teaching needs to be intensive to reduce the time taken to complete the qualification. Learners will be various different nationalities, and the teaching needs to accommodate different levels of capability. Routeways should include sector-specific training, and the provider should have links to employers to offer guaranteed interviews at course completion to support participants into sustainable employment. The training interventions required include, but are not limited to: ESOL and Functional Skills: • Entry Level 1 (E1) - Basic foundation skills. • Entry Level 2 (E2) - Slightly more advanced than E1. • Entry Level 3 (E3) - The highest Entry Level. • Level 1 (L1) - Equivalent to a GCSE grade D-G (3-1). • Level 2 (L2) - Equivalent to a GCSE grade A*-C (9-4).
