This is a tender split into two lots, primarily formed of the assessment of applications for grant funding for decarbonisation works. This is Lot 1 - Application Assessment and Advisory Services. Salix Finance are also required to audit the completed works that have been completed after being allocated funding. This is Lot 2 - Audit of Completed Decarbonisation Works.

Application assessment and change request services to support the ECT team over an 18 month period.

3 separate contracts will be awarded an equal share (up to 33.33%) for the provision of primarily audit services of decarbonisation works. This will consist of both in-cycle and post-cycle auditing of completed decarbonisation works.

A dual-lotted procurement for hard skills and soft skills, where providers must be able to manage and deliver a wide range of courses using a LMS. Courses must be provided in a variety of mediums including in-person, off- and onsite, and virtual.
