The Royal Surrey seeks to appoint a Supplier for the provision of a fully managed Community Injectable Service comprising of:• Provision and operation of a mobile unit• Scheduling of patients, following referral by the Royal Surrey• Compounding and/or dispensing a range of injectable and oral medicines• Delivery of compounded and dispensed medicines to the mobile unit• Dispensing other prescribed supportive care medicines either for administration on the mobile unit or for the patients to take home ("TTOs")• Provision of nursing care, to administer intravenous ("IV"), subcutaneous ("SC") and intramuscular ("IM") therapies.

The Surrey and Sussex Cancer Alliance, hosted by Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust (RSFT) is seeking a supplier to deliver the Targeted Lung Health Check (TLHC) Programme as described in the Statement of Requirements (Document 2). This procurement is for Targeted Lung Health Checks programme, covering the eligible populations within Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board, Sussex Health and Care Partnership and Frimley Health and Care Partnership.

Healthcare Partners are looking to appoint a provider for a Scan4Safety / Inventory Management System. This system will be required to enhance patient safety, improve supply chain efficiency and ensure full compliance with the Department of Health and Social Care’s Scan4Safety initiative. The selected solution should integrate seamlessly with our existing procurement and clinical systems, providing end-to-end visibility of inventory and ensuring compliance with GS1 and PEPPOL standards.

This notice is issued under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) as an intention to award a contract following a competitive procedure (Notice identifier: 2024/S 000-040948). The award is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this procurement. The Surrey and Sussex Cancer Alliance, hosted by Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust (RSFT), intends to award a contract for the delivery of the Targeted Lung Health Check (TLHC) Programme. Following a competitive process, tender responses were evaluated against the five key criteria set out in the Provider Selection Regime. The initial term of the Contract shall be 4 years and 4 months from the service commencement date with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The services commencement date is 1st August 2025. Lung Health Checks (LHC) to commence in August 2025 and Low Dose Computed Tomography (LDCT) in September 2025. The expected lifetime contract value is up to £50.7m.
