The Thames Valley Collaborative Partners consists of Royal Berkshire Fire Authority, Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Fire Authority and Oxfordshire County Council (Authorities). The Authorities are seeking a single Service Provider to put in place and manage a contingency fire crew service. The Fire Fighters deployed to deliver the service must be suitably trained and meet the requirements of Section 15(1) of the Fire and Rescue Act 2004. It is intended that all three Authorities will be party to contract however this will be confirmed at the time of contract award. DS3000 to DCS Interface replacement for Airwave SanH for Integrated Command and Control System (ICCS). The SanH is out of support so Airwave are replacing (at their cost) with a DCS interface. The current ICCS system requires re-engineering to enable the new interface to replicate the functionality of the SanH.

This tender is being issued to the market via the Blue Light Portal and advertised on Contracts Finder and Finder a Tender Service. Royal Berkshire Fire Authority is seeking to appoint a new Contractor to provide planned and reactive maintenance for electrical works where this does not form part of a building maintenance project. The Contractor will provide the service across the property portfolio. The new contract must be in place by 1st August 2022. The final contract will be a JCT 2016 measured term contract.

RBFA is seeking to appoint a new service provider (Contractor) to provide planned and reactive maintenance for HVAC, Gas Safety Installations and Inspections including plumbing services where this does not form part of a building maintenance project. The service provider (Contractor) will provide the service across the property portfolio. The final contract will be awarded as a JCT 2016 measured term contract.

1.1 Royal Berkshire Fire Authority (RBFA) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service provider able to provide a fully compliant Legionella service and testing arrangement, in order to control the proliferation of Legionella bacteria within the Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS) estate, in accordance with current United Kingdom (UK) legislation and Approved Codes of Practice (ACoP).

1.1 The Authority is seeking Tender for Provision for an Intranet and Website Replacement. The Authority currently has an outward facing, publicly accessible Website and an inward facing, available to all RBFRS staff, Intranet, known as Siren. There are also key systems within the Service that are integrated with Siren. Integration with these systems are included in the requirements and an inventory of systems is available here in the Appendix.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS) is required to fulfil a statutory responsibility to conduct valuation of its property portfolio which includes fire stations, a Right of Use Asset and investment properties in accordance with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) - Valuation Standards 2024 effective January 2025 (the "Red Book") to include the international Valuation Standards and the RICS Valuation - Global Standards 2025 which includes UK National Supplement. As the contract value is under £100k, a 3-quote process was completed to award the contract based on a price-only evaluation, as that was what was needed to complete the financial year 2025/26's property valuation. Valuations will continue until the financial year 2027/28.

Royal Berkshire Fire Authority (the "Authority") intends to award a call-off contract for the provision of power tools and associated accessories required to support operational activities. The development of the specification for this requirement has been undertaken collaboratively across the Thames Valley, involving the Authority and its partner organisations: Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Fire Authority (BMKA) and Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service (OFRS). While a standardised and jointly agreed specification has been established to promote consistency in operational delivery and equipment compatibility across the three Services, each Fire Authority is conducting its own procurement process independently. This approach allows all parties to benefit from aligned technical requirements while retaining the autonomy necessary to meet their respective governance, financial, and contractual obligations.
