WS 1 - Ongoing support and responding to requirements of stakeholders between other Workstreams
WS 2 - Financial Report looking at range of funding options and delivery solutions, Workstream funded by WYCA through LCC
WS 3 - Hotel Disaggregation Workstream reflecting revised funding proposal by LCC and requiring alternative delivery and funding strategy, plus support for acquisition of the Lock House
WS 4 - OBC submission to HMG reflecting alternative delivery with disaggregated hotel and range of sub options"
Provision of horses for equestrian display during financial year 2026/27. This includes the Easter Tournament 2026 and Summer of Genghis Khan shows 2026 with possibility of extension for the Easter Tournament in 2027. Total contract value including extension is £82 128.80 +VAT.
Provision of Online Hosted Services and Technical Support for Library

The Royal Armouries Museum is procuring the Genghis Khan Special exhibition, which includes exclusive access to unique artifacts, interpretation, and digital media related to the exhibition. This package is entirely owned and managed by Nomad Exhibitions, leveraging their specialised expertise and exclusive relationships with Mongolian lenders and authorities. Due to the unique nature of the content, access restrictions, and lack of suitable alternatives, a direct award is the most appropriate method to secure this valuable and historically significant exhibition for the Royal Armouries Museum.

The contract is to complete mandatory servicing of 7 passenger and 2 goods lifts at Royal Armouries Leeds, and a further access lift at our National Firearms Centre.

Services or works: EMu Support and Maintenance
Cost for 5 years: £60,034.48 (ex. VAT)
Supply: Axiell to supply support and maintenance to the Royal Armouries for EMu via online customer service portal, service desk telephone.
The scope of services to be provided under this 5-year agreement shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
Software Updates and Upgrades: Provision of all applicable EMu software updates and upgrades released during the contract period, including associated documentation and installation support.
Support via Service Desk (Hornbill) or Telephone/Teams: Responsive and reliable support services delivered through the Royal Armouries' designated service desk (Hornbill) or via telephone/Microsoft Teams, adhering to agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
Maintenance: Proactive maintenance services to ensure the ongoing stability, performance, and security of the EMu system, including but not limited to database maintenance, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
Regular Server Updates: Coordination and implementation of regular server updates, including necessary testing and validation, to maintain system security and compatibility. All server updates must be communicated with Documentation officer as per section "Contact".
Crossbow Challenge build and install at Fort Nelson
£51,906.00 contract award for the build and installation of new specialist crossbow visitor experience challenge at Fort Nelson. Installation to be completed by July 25.
