East Renfrewshire council are seeking bids for a Measured Term Contract to provide a Legionella Bacteria Control, Prevention and Risk Management Service for East Renfrewshire Council Properties (Housing and Non-Housing) 2019-21 programme in compliance with the following: -Legionnaires’ Disease (The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems) L8 Approved Code of Practice and Guidance on Regulations; -Legionnaires’ Disease Technical Guidance Parts 1, 2 and 3; -Current E.C. Renfrewshire Council (the Council) acting on behalf of itself and for associated Charities who are seeking to appoint an Active Multi Asset Investment Manager ( hereinafter referred to as the “Investment Manager” or “ Service Provider”) to manage the investments and generate a return which is then distributed to support community projects. Renfrewshire Council has appointed a Contractor to cover the planned and unplanned inspection and maintenance of traffic signals at various locations throughout the area served by Renfrewshire Council. Renfrewshire Council have a requirement to appoint a suitably qualified Service Provider to provide a Managing Agent service to deliver a portion of their Area Based Schemes (ABS) programme to households throughout the Renfrewshire area in line with the Scottish Government Guidance on Scheme Design and Delivery. The main aim of the ABS program is to provide measures to private households in or at risk of fuel poverty that help to reduce energy usage and costs. Addresses will be Renfrewshire wide, but only for privately owned properties which are deemed to meet the Scottish Government eligibility criteria. Renfrewshire Council will guide the selection of addresses.
