This tender is in one single lot to cover the geographical areas outlined as follows:
• Merseyside
• Cheshire
• Lancashire
• Greater Manchester
Subcontractors would be expected to deliver the works in all geographical areas.
M&Y is looking for multiple scaffolding contractors with significant experience of delivering the following works:
• Erection and dismantling of scaffolding to carry out responsive repair works
• Ability to deliver the works in three geographical areas
o Merseyside
o Lancashire
o Manchester
• Provision of scaffolding to carry out capital roofing works
• Ability to inspect scaffolding on a weekly basis

M&Y is inviting pre-qualified suppliers to submit their bid in relation to cladding fire upgrade works at the above mentioned address.
This is a price only exercise under M&Y Maintenance & Construction Subcontractor Dynamic Purchasing System v2, lot 9, Cladding systems for housing maintenance and construction works
To undertake responsive and planned roofing works including but not limited to:
Repairs to pitched and flat roofs (slate, tile, felt, asphalt, GRP, etc.)
Replacement of damaged or missing roof coverings
Flashing and leadwork repairs
Repair/replacement of fascias, soffits, bargeboards, and rainwater goods
Gutter clearing and maintenance
Minor chimney and parapet repairs
Emergency call-out attendance for roof leaks and storm damage
The appointment is made following a mini competition under Lot 36 - 'Roofing and roofline works for housing maintenance and construction works' of the M&Y Maintenance and Construction Sub-Contractor Dynamic Purchasing System v2.0, OJEU Contract Notice - 2020/S 228-562977 published 23rd November 2020.
M&Y Maintenance and Construction has sought experienced drainage contractors to deliver responsive drainage services under the Maintenance & Construction Subcontractor Dynamic Purchasing System. The contract is divided into three geographical lots: Lot 1: Merseyside/Cheshire Lot 2: Lancashire Lot 3: Greater Manchester
Regenda Limited is establishing construction works and services framework in partnership with Rise Construction Framework Ltd.
The framework is being established as a closed framework.
The framework will operate across the following geographical areas: Northwest of England (Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester). North Wales (Isle of Anglesey, Conway, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd, Wrexham). Yorkshire and the Humber (East Riding of Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire, Northeast Lincolnshire).
Public sector organisations who can access the framework include NHS bodies and Foundation Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Health & Social Care providers, Educational Institutions, Schools,
Universities, Academy Trusts, Housing Providers, Community Led Housing/Regeneration Organisations, Emergency Services, Local Authorities, Government Departments, Museums and Arts Organisations,
Charities & 3rd Sector Group and Public Body subsidiary companies.
The Framework will consist of 12 lots, bidders were permitted to apply for multiple lots meaning bidders may be both 'successful' and 'unsuccessful' within this award notice.
Each lot/value band has a maximum number of supply partners with highest ranking bidders allocated a place on the framework.
Regenda reserves the right to select 2 ‘reserve’ supply partners should a place in the framework become available, the reserve supply partners will be selected from the ranking order.
Contract awards will be on a lot-by-lot basis with or without competition (as set out within the framework agreement).
Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) will not be set out in the agreement but will be issued on a project-by-project basis bespoke to each project. Furthermore, public sector organisations will use their preferred terms &
conditions/form of contract when calling off from the framework for works and services.

The provider must demonstrate proven experience in delivering tailored security services and hold appropriate industry certifications.
Deliver a census of approximately 8,178 customers (with the potential to increase of up to an extra 5%) Suppliers must demonstrate their ability to deliver a census of approximately 8187 customers, with the possibility of an additional 5%, administering 11 survey questions to each.
